Quiet Retreat in a Prime Location in San Francisco

Fabulous location just off Chestnut Street, a bustling street filled with great restaurants, bars, markets, shops and cafes. Flat area which makes it so easy for walking. This studio (~ 400sq ft) is equipped with 2 very comfortable queen beds- regular and couch bed, great artwork, and a wonderful patio. Note: 1 open room like a hotel room (shared patio rarely used by others). Breathe in fresh air flowing through the sliding doors & great natural light. Many sites in walking distance.

Simplistic Crocker Suite

This cozy in-law suite is located in the quiet Crocker Amazon neighborhood of San Francisco. Please note that it is NOT near tourist attractions, and street parking can be challenging at night if you have a car. However, the suite is conveniently situated near major bus lines, with just a 15-minute Uber ride to SFO Airport and 15-20 minutes to downtown. We recommend using public transportation or rideshares for your exploration. Access to the suite is through the ground-floor garage.

Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our one-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend the place for four adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Perfect getaway near Japantown

Our inviting room with its own entrance and private bath, mini-fridge and coffee/tea making essentials is in our Victorian home IN the city. Walk to the Fillmore, many of the best restaurants in SF, and Japantown, or hop a bus to anywhere in SF. In Nov 2024, we installed Google Mesh, giving guest super fast upload and download speeds to facilitate virtual meetings in the suite.
