Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marina di Marittima

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön! Wir haben dort viele tolle Stunden verbracht und sogar den Pizzaofen benutzt 😍die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Antina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, hat uns jede Frage beantwortet :-) Wir waren Ende September da und hatten viele Mücken 🦟die lage ist auch perfekt, man kann viele schöne Strände sehen und lecce ist auch nur 30-40 Minuten entfernt :)

We loved staying at Casa Della Controra! We were six friends from different parts of the world staying in Puglia together for few days. After we did the reservation we realized there was only one bathroom but actually it was not an issue for us as we are all good friends, very flexible, accommodating and considerate. The communication with Elena was superb as she was always responsive to any questions we had. Grazie Elena!

Hemos tenido una extraordinaria experiencia en la casa de Iacopo, quien ha sido muy amable y nos recibio personalmente en su casa, Iacopo siempre contesto nuestros mensajes y nos aconsejo de la mejor manera para que nuestra estadia sea ideal. En cuanto al departamento, posee una excelente ubicacion, es muy comodo, limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar una excelente estadia en lecce, quedandote aqui todo te quedaea cerca! lo recomiendo ampliamente!

We had the most amazing time at the Masseria! The property is beautifully curated … rooms full of character and quirky details, spacious and most of all homely . The large outdoor area allows for al fresco dining and plenty of socialising. Beautiful pool area and gardens …the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you Francesca for creating such a wonderful home and allowing us to share it !

Had a great stay at Marco’s place in Lecce. It’s in one of the nicest spots in town with two great bars in the square by the Greek church, but also very near everything. Marco communicated well and the instructions to get in the apartment were clear. Yes there is music in the square at night but this didn’t bother us too much even though it went on quite late. Would stay here again if I went to Lecce.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Anwesen ist perfekt für einen ruhigen und privaten Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Es ist ein tolles Erlebnis in dem sehr schön fertig gemachten Trullo zu übernachten und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hier wachsen Zitronen und Feigen, überall duftet es nach Kräutern und immer wieder schaut eine dreifarbige Glückskatze vorbei um Streicheleinheiten zu erbitten. Auch die Nähe zum wunderschönen Meer macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice house on the coast. The terrace is amazing and it's very nice to eat, drink, and chill there. The only issue we had was some mosquitos one of the evenings, but that's it. There is a nice garden with a barbecue (which we didn't use but which seemed very nice). There is a small rocky beach right across the road, and the green cave (which was unfortunately closed when we were here). The kitchen is properly furnished. The internet connection when we were here was only a LTE gateway, and couldn't deliver enough bandwidth to work remotely. I'm hoping in the future the house could be equipped with some fiber or something similar. The house is right on the major coastal road, but it has a private shaded parking spot. Mauro was friendly and welcomed us properly when we arrived. Good experience 👍

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Antonio is een ontzettend fijne host die altijd voor je klaar staat! Hij is ons met de auto komen ophalen bij het dichtstbijzijnde treinstation (15min rijden) omdat we geen eigen vervoer hadden, hij heeft ons geholpen met het regelen van scooters en ons na het verblijf weer naar het station gebracht. Echt geweldige service. Daarnaast hebben we super veel tips gekregen over bezienswaardigheden/activiteiten in de omgeving en is Antonio een man waar je goede en leuke gesprekken mee kan voeren!

A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Dieses Apartment besteht aus einem Raum mit Bett und kleiner Küche und anschliessendem Badezimmer. Eine Trppe bringt euch nach oben auf eine kleine private Terrasse, mit Hängematte, Tisch, Liegestühlen und vielen Pflanzen. Das Apartment bleibt in der Hitze relativ kühl durch die Steinwände (es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage). Der Check-in war sehr flexibel und total freundlich! :) Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Unser Highlight war die Einrichtung des Apartments: Überall hat es kleine Kunstwerke, Malereien an den Wänden oder kleine Statuen in den Mauern. Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Das Bett war wirklich sehr sehr bequem! Wir würden es jeder Person empfehlen dieses Apartment zu buchen. Danke vielmals.

Logement tout simplement magnifique, très spacieux et calme. La proximité avec le centre historique de Lecce est un plus, tout est accessible à pied. Enfin, Davide a été réactif et de bons conseils, je recommande vivement !

A perfect stay in Poggiardo! The apartment was cool and clean and exactly as described. Andrea is the perfect host, he even helped me book an appointment with a hairdresser for a wedding blow dry 😊 Highly recommend 👌

Il nostro soggiorno a Castrignano del Capo è stato un vero sogno! La casa di Lorenzo è un autentico gioiello: curata con gusto nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e immersa nella quiete più assoluta. Incantevole il terrazzo, affacciato su un uliveto secolare che regala una pace difficile da descrivere a parole. Un’esperienza sensoriale e rigenerante. Un grande merito va anche a Lorenzo, alla mamma Antonella e al papà Pietro, sempre disponibili e attenti. Ci hanno accolti con calore, fornendoci consigli preziosi sui luoghi da visitare, sui ristoranti tipici e sulle spiagge più belle. Sempre presenti se necessario, ma con grande discrezione. La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti si raggiungono le meravigliose spiagge del Salento e i borghi autentici dell’entroterra salentino. Castrignano è un paesino tranquillo ma vivo, con gente cordiale e disponibile. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca bellezza, silenzio, natura e autenticità. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore qui! Straconsigliato!

The place was great, clean. Lucia the person who received us went out of her way to host us. We were very impressed with her and how she keeps the place clean. Kitchen up to date the bathrooms up to date the beds were very comfortable. Again thank you for your hospitality!!!

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

Ich bin sehr überrascht über die wenigen Sterne, die einige Gäste Franco gegeben haben. Das ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Franco 10 Sterne geben! Von Anfang an war Franco äußerst hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir ein Problem mit der Autovermietung, da wir wegen unserer Kreditkarte kein Auto bekommen konnten. Franco bemerkte dies und half uns sofort. Er brachte uns zu einer anderen Autovermietung, wo wir problemlos ein Auto bekamen. Ohne seine Hilfe hätten wir unseren Urlaub größtenteils in der wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen müssen. Bezüglich der Beschwerden einiger Gäste über den Zugang zum Meer: Wir hatten damit überhaupt kein Problem. Die Unterkunft gehört zu den schönsten, die ich je gesehen habe. Franco, seine Frau und ihre zuckersüße Tochter waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann jedem dem nach Tricase kommt, nur empfehlen, hier zu buchen. Alles in allem waren es wundervolle und erholsame Tage! Wir kommen wieder Grazie Franco

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

Le logement proposé par Buena Onda était simplement parfait. La qualité des prestations a dépassé nos attentes et la villa était encore plus belle qu’en photos. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien décoré et offre beaucoup d’espace pour une famille, avec des parties bien séparées qui ont permis à notre fille de 11 ans d’avoir son propre espace. La maison est également très bien située et permet de visiter le sud des pouilles facilement en étant à la fois proche de Otrante, Lecce ou Gallipoli. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésiter à toutes familles ou amis désirant visiter la région et passer un moment agréable dans une maison en pleine nature.

We enjoyed an incredible one week stay. Stunning location - excellent for exploring southern area of Puglia and enjoying the beauty & serenity of Mancaversa. The fabulous accommodation exceeded our expectations. The photos just cannot do justice to the view from the property and the sound of the sea was soothing every day. The property has good space inside and outside, we felt very at home. Franceso was an extremely helpful host. He provided clear instructions on getting to the property and finding our way around the local area. He was responsive when we needed to seek some medical assistance too. He really made our stay as smooth as possible.

We had the best stay at Federico’s villa. The view is unbelievable. We were especially grateful for Lukas, who met us upon a late arrival, helped us get settled, and shared local recommendations. He was quite flexible and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.
