The location is absolutely fantastic, close to everything you might need and perfect for exploring the area. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

We spent seven amazing nights at Franco’s place. The house and its surroundings are just stunning. I second the person who had said that the pictures do not do justice to this place; the view is breathtaking and the house itself is lovely and cozy. We immediately felt home here, and it was very difficult to leave. Franco sent very helpful instructions on how to get in the house, and he was always available and responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

A great place to stay if you like it quiet and with a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities and furnishings were good. Communication was always perfect and quick to respond. There were also a few local tips so we didn't miss anything. We would always come back!

The Trullo is a real jewel near Tricase. Located very quiet and peaceful but you can reach the city centre or the sea either by foot or by bike. The Trullo itself is beautifully crafted and well equipped. Communication with Francesco was very friendly and convenient.

Donato the owner and Sergio who did check in were so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed that wasn’t in the house, they organised. Top spec throughout, perfect location for a 5 min drive to the beach, 10 min drive into town or a perfectly nice 40 min walk to the old town.

Eros was super responsive and helpful during our stay! The apartment is so close to town, an easy 5 minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and in a nice, quite location. Highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

We stayed in apartment 3 for 11 days, it is a clean apartment with lovely soft towels and super good beds. According to the site, it has a kitchenette, however it has a coffee and tea machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a large communal kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer all you need is there. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and a place with lovely chairs in the shade. The accommodation is very quiet, wonderful if you like peace and quiet. Within 15 minutes you are at the beach or in a town. We had a great time at the Masseria La Noa and would definitely recommend it for other guests

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Apart from the little imperfections with cleaning everything was perfect. Great and very responsive host. A walk to the town is a good cardio excercise.

A beautifully decorated house, everything is well thought out in modern comforts. The rooftop terrace is just a little slice of heaven, with a view you can't get enough of and especially precious calm! Finally, we had a thoughtful host! In addition to the attention left, he is very responsive to requests, advises us on things to see, visit or even good restaurant addresses! Thanks again for a week of happiness 🥰😊

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

We spent a week in the villa with our children. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Stefania and were overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa!

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s apartment, the apartment was clean and really nicely presented. The bed is also extremely comfortable and the location is perfect. We stayed for a week in otranto and couldn’t recommend it more, the restaurants were all really well priced and delicious. The town itself is very peaceful and quaint. Maria was very helpful with anything we needed and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do. Five stars from us!!

This place was magnificent. We immediately were impressed. It was exactly like the pictures. Very, very clean and very boho-chic. The shower with the twinkly lights was spectacular! The location was perfect. Very close to all the shops, restaurants, sites and local beach. There is an amazingly designed spiral staircase to the terrace top with a lounging area for sun bathing or even to eat your breakfast or lunch. Our host Nicolas was wonderful. He was very helpful and always available for any questions. Within certain times you are able to drive your car to the front door to drop off your luggage and then drive to the local parking lot. We only wish that we had more time to enjoy. We loved our stay and we loved Otranto.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment. The location, the beautiful stylish decor and everything you need was present (incl washing machine). Don't worry that the apartment is on a main road, because when the doors are closed, you won't notice it at all, and it's wonderful to sleep in a very good bed and then wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is within walking distance between 2 cozy lively villages where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in clear weather. Furthermore, Maurizio and Sasena have created a nice information folder with valuable tips for things to do in the area. Apart from all these beautiful things, it is Maurizio and Sasena themselves who have made the difference for us. Through their personal attention, enthusiasm and spontaneity, they did everything to make you feel a bit like a Salento dreamer, and that certainly succeeded. What a lovely, sweet, warm couple. Loved my experience here. Beautiful location. People are friendly in the building and surrounding area. Giovanni is warm and communicative. There was coffee and other necessities to cook. I hope to make it back there one day. Thank you Giovanni.

This accommodation is a real little paradise, with an incredible view. A great terrace, we had a great time with friends.
