Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marina di Marittima

Schönes Haus, super aufgeteilt für drei Familien, da es drei getrennte Einheiten gibt und man sich so auch gut zurückziehen kann. Nachteil ist aber, dass die Küchen deshalb nicht sehr groß sind. Die Distanz zum Meer haben wir uns kleiner vorgestellt, man kann schon zu Fuß hin aber es ist (vor allem mit Kindern) nicht ganz so nah wie gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war super, sie hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und Garten und Pool schön und gepflegt.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. This place looks just like the pictures shown. Plenty of lovely beaches around and lots of fishing opportunities as well! The local cats were definitely my favorite. There was a young cat while we were staying, with gray patches on mostly white fur. I named him Jasper , if you see him give him lots of lovins he’s such a sweetheart!

Francesco and his wife and children were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to go and visit. The unit was exactly as described and met all of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be going back!

Es war super! Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheissen und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Morciano di Leuca. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche und das Badezimmer sehr schön umgebaut. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Danke!

Tutto perfetto, immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, era un piacere tornare a casa a fine giornata e davvero un peccato lasciarla l'ultimo giorno! Tiziana e famiglia davvero preziosi e disponibili. Tutto curato, giardino immenso, molto pulito e sicuro, l'ideale per chi come noi ha un cane che ama perlustrare e curiosare. Ottima base per visitare tutto il salento. Ci torneremo!

Nous avons eu un super séjour dans la villa. Je rejoins les commentaires déjà laissés, la villa et le jardin sont bien mieux que ce que peuvent laisser penser les photos! Super central, à 2min à pied du centre ville piéton. On recommande chaudement! Et Sabrina est joignable, aidante et très sympathique.

Las casas, el parque, la paz, los atardeceres, las cenitas en el porche y la piscina, un 10! El padre de Roberto nos ha asistido con gran espíritu de iniciativa en ocasión del incendio que se generó en la finca de al lado y que los bomberos pudieron controlar rápidamente. Gracias! Pese a unos pequeños detalles que podrían hacer la experiencia aún mejor, mi gran familia y yo hemos disfrutado a tope. Volveremos!

This place is beyond special. Set in the carriage house of a splendid villa estate. The location was perfect for us, between lovely Nardo and the gorgeous waterfront of Santa Caterina. Anna and Carlo are gracious and generous hosts, it was our great pleasure to get to know them a little bit during our stay. They are passionate gardeners and conservationists and this passion was evident in all that they did. We were greeted with fruit and herbs from the garden and delicious local wine. The casa (there are two, side by side) was spotless and beautifully decorated, the pool just perfect. We hope to return one day. Thank you Carlo and Anna for sharing your beautiful place with us.

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place. we had everything we needed in regards to supplies - soap, shampoo, full kitchen and washer. very convenient location and close to the sandy beach. Lorenzo and his mother were very attentive to our needs and made certain that our stay was comfortable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again at Lorenzo's place when we visit Puglia again. Wonderful hosts, both Lorenzo and his mother.

De accomodatie is echt perfect, bij aankomst werden we zee vriendelijk ontvangen en stond er een eigen gebakken taatt voor ons klaar. Alles was netjes schoon en in de keuken waren alle viorzieningen aanwezig, zelfs kruiden en olijfolie. In de tuin waan je je in je eigen oase, zeer mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Het zwembad en de BBQ (voorzien van houtskool) staan ter beschikken. Geweldig en zeker iets om terug naar te keren
