Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Since I was looking for quiet holidays right by the sea it was ideal. Maria and Tomaso are very friendly and helpful also with bike rental nearby. A car or bike is necessary if you want to go to the center or to the promenade or to the sandy beach Spiagga di Torre San Giovanni. The promenade/center can be reached in 15 minutes by bike and on your way home you will drive into the sunset. Great. Looking forward to the next visit to Torre San Giovanni!

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

Loved our stay here! Just at the end of the bay - perfect position. Just a couple of minutes to reach restaurants and shops. Bright, airy and modern apartment. Fantastic lounge with great balcony. Really comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Otranto.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

The accommodation is tastefully and modernly furnished. We enjoyed the sunset from our own terrace every evening, just fantastic views! Within walking distance are the two charming places with beach promenade! Parking was easily possible right in front of the house in October. Lorenzo and the co-hosts were always helpful and very friendly - highly recommended!

Very well located for visiting the surroundings, the sea is nearby. Rooftop terrace of the house to share but with a magnificent view 🤩 (beware of rainy days, very slippery stairs OUCH)

Antonio and Lina are wonderful friendly hosts who take care of everything, highly recommended! The old apartment is cute and tastefully decorated, and when it is warm outside, also bright. We were there at the end of March and the weather was very cold and rainy at first. But we had a wonderful stay in fantastic Gallipoli.

Clean accommodation, we were able to enjoy the shaded terrace. We were two couples and it was very nice to have two bathrooms and two toilets. Anna Maria was very responsive and attentive to us

We felt completely comfortable. Rosanna welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips. The house is in a beautiful unobstructed location... you could take a creative break here for a long time! The rooms and the furnishings are very tastefully designed. The pool is truly a dream. Beautiful water! In the kitchen it has everything you need. It is important to have a car, as a good supermarket is already a 10-minute drive away. The beaches are very nice and the water is clean and beautiful! Puglia is very pleasant to travel in the fall. Not everything is open anymore, but it has a lot fewer people!

The small apartment is really fantastic. The upstream street hardly bothered us, as the view of the sea and the dune landscape - both in stormy rainy weather and in sunshine is simply fantastic. We gladly took the slightly longer path to restaurants and shopping facilities (walking distance about 20-30 minutes) as the occasion for extensive morning walks by the sea and through the (seasonal) still somewhat sleepy streets of the vacation, weekend and summer cottages shaped Torre di San Giovanni. Overall a great starting point for trips to the whole of Salento. As often described, the apartment is well equipped with the small kitchen, we didn't miss anything here at all. The communication with Emanuela and her parents is exemplary. We could not all try the restaurant tips, we had helpful and effective answers after 30 minutes at the latest! Thank you for these unforgettable days!!!

The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. The apartment is easy to find if you don’t use google maps directions/navigation. The most direct route is to follow the “lungomare”, turn at AMU restaurant, and proceed to number 10. The apartment is on several floors, without an elevator. There are 65 steps from the street to the rooftop terrazzo and kitchen. Each bedroom is on a separate stop along the stairs below the kitchen floor. The apartment is the best equipped of any apartment in which we’ve stayed over a period of 12 years. Francoise is very helpful and responsive. She provided a great deal of local info and recommendations. Also, she can arrange for a parking garage; street parking is non-existent.

The house is very comfortable, beautiful and spacious. It's tastefully decorated and makes us feel right at home. Camilla gave us all the necessary indications and recommendations and was always very responsive when we needed him. It's possible to park 2 cars without any issues. The geographical location is ideal because it allows you to visit all the south of Puglia. Anyway, I would recommend it without hesitation!

The house has a great location. Pietro is very reliable and helpful and always available. The house has a few restrictions regarding water odors and aging garden furniture. But it is really furnished with a lot of attention to detail and the terrace and the small beach directly in front of the house and the beautiful sunsets are fantastic. We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less-traveled road from the apartment. The free city beach with the wind-protected bay can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within a few minutes' walk and offers a wide range of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

The place was great, very clean and a great terrace. The apartment is centrally located, good bakeries and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. Alessandra responded to our messages right away and was flexible with the check-out, which we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend the place.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. It was an excellent place to stay with a beautiful view of the sea. It was there that the apartment sleeps 5, although there were only two of us. The apartment had a brand new kitchen and bath and was equipped with everything from the hair dryer to the washing machine and grill. Pasquale also prepared a bottle of wine, water, and puglian crunch for us on the table. He was a very attentive and extremely communicative host and we had a good chat. She gave us excellent tips, what to see, where to eat, where to park... It's a good idea to ask them! I highly recommend it, especially out of season, because there is no crowds, just calm, sunshine, and the sea! Be prepared for one thing, there are mosquitoes... If there's one way, we'll be back with our boys:)

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

Loved my experience here. Beautiful location. People are friendly in the building and surrounding area. Giovanni is warm and communicative. There was coffee and other necessities to cook. I hope to make it back there one day. Thank you Giovanni.
