Vivere qualche giorno in questa graziosa casetta vista mare è stato splendido, per gli amanti della tranquillità e del verde: fornita di tutto, pulita e ottimamente arredata, immersa nella natura da cui è possibile godere di tramonti spettacolari sul mare. Ampia disponibilità di spazi all'aperto per fare colazione, pranzi e cene, barbecue o semplicemente rilassarsi guardando il mare, un peccato non approfittare. Viola è un'host energica, amichevole e disponibile, ci ha accolti calorosamente ed è sempre stata disponibile per suggerimenti o venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Una delle migliori esperienze in assoluto su Airbnb, non posso che consigliare!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

una settimana con il mare fronte casa piatto, lido o spiaggia libera, acqua pulitissima, barche ben lontane dalla riva. appartamento freschissimo. acqua calda con doccia esterna e interna. Ospite che mi ha fornito indicazioni precise e in tempi brevissimi, risolvendo ogni mio problema. ristoranti vicini anche a piedi. porto santo stefano a 4 minuti in auto, orbetello a 6 km. strada un po trafficata e rumorosa, ma l'ingresso è sul retro.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautiful, AC works very well, check in was easy. We are very grateful for earlier check in. It allowed us to spend more time in the area. Parking with green pass that’s provided is very affordable and just a few steps from the apartment. Elevator was very helpful. Overall an excellent place and location.

Monolocale ampio, luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort. La vista che si gode dal balcone è indescrivibile, da sola vale tutto il prezzo! Penso sia davvero difficile trovare di meglio. Sabrina è stata sempre gentile e disponibile e per questo la ringrazio!

Friendly and responsive host, apartment in city center, close to restaurants and shops, and walkable to port. Max was a gracious host and recommended restaurants and provided directions. He also offered transfer services from the airport. Great experience, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

Un piccolo angolo di relax e quiete a due passi dalla bellissima e tranquilla spiaggia di Nisportino. Ideale per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Umberto è davvero una persona disponibilissima e amichevole, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività disponibili all'Elba. Persona generosa, Umberto è socievole sia con i grandi che con i più piccoli, sa trasmettere un sacco di informazioni sulle piante e sugli animali che popolano la zona senza dimenticare la parte storica. L'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare e regala tramonti mozzafiato nel silenzio della sera, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Chi cerca pace, tranquillità e natura non può perdersi questa piccola perla! Assolutamente consigliato!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Teresa è un host davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare la casa perfettamente pronta e ci ha dato tante indicazioni per vivere al meglio la casa e la zona. Splendido lo spazio esterno. L'interno della casa è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. la posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere Porto Santo Stefano sia le le calette vicine. in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono tantissimi altri luoghi. Grazie per la splendida vacanza!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

L’alloggio è molto bello, ben ristrutturato e arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. L’aria condizionata e il wifi funzionano perfettamente. La spiaggia (libera e attrezzata) si raggiunge facilmente a piedi anche con bimbi piccoli. Davanti alla casa c’è una bella pineta con parco giochi e gonfiabili. Molto adatto per famiglie!

Wir waren Ende September eine Woche als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit einer schönen Sicht auf den Hafen und die Piazza. Die Piazza ist belebt, aber die Fenster neu und schliessen gut. Zudem geht eines der Schlafzimmer nach hinten auf eine ruhigere Gasse. Die Wohnung ist äusserst geräumig und stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie war bestens erreichbar und fragte auch selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Obwohl nicht von ihr angegeben, verfügt sie über einen Balkon/eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Für den Start des Aufenthalts ist ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, die Küche bietet alles erforderliche an Geräten und Werkzeugen fürs Kochen und sogar backen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren haben es uns dennoch ermöglicht, uns wohlzufühlen. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Ort für einen Badeurlaub, Strände sind sowohl fußläufig als auch nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre alt) hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Blown away, we will be back many times

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und waren für vier Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – besonders die moderne Küche und das neue Bad haben uns beeindruckt. Alles ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: super zentral, mit Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe – und der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt! Ein echtes Highlight war auch der große Balkon mit toller Aussicht – ideal für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe an jedes Detail gedacht wurde. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

From booking til departure Emanuela was superb. The apartment overlooked the harbor and promenade. Space was perfect for my family of 8. Estro restaurant was walking distance and very good. Best part 7 minute walk to port for cruise.
