The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with satellite TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's satellite TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter. And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach. Come and feel like at home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere. Registry number VT-35036-V There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and ejoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 4 cars. So, no issues with parking. This is an owner managed property. Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

Perfect location for us right opposite the beach. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Lovely balcony for breakfasts, lunches and evening drinks. Walking distance from the old town and everything else you could need nearby.

The stay was perfect. The description of the apartment and its services have been very faithful to the reality. The flat has board games and books making it suitable for families with children. The location is ideal , close to Poniente beach and close to Restaurants and nightlife areas. It is very quiet and suitable for a good rest. I recommend it 100%. I would definitely go back in another ocacion.

Our family (5 members) really enjoyed the stay. The house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable and pleasant experience. It has four spacious rooms, each with its own TV. The living room is very welcoming and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook without hassle. Also, there are three full bathrooms, which was very handy for us. The main bathroom cistern is quite noisy, but having two more bathrooms available, it was not an inconvenience. The location is very good: you can walk to the center and several points of interest. To the beach, you can easily take a taxi. During Semana Santa we find parking without a problem in the surroundings, both in blue and white area. There are many shops nearby, which makes the area very practical, as well as being safe and cosmopolitan. Stella was a great host, very friendly to welcome us and always attentive

We have enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We were there with my parents who are over 70 years old and it was very comfortable to have the beach less than 5 minutes walk away. The wonderful pool with few people. The apartment had everything you need, minus "kitchen towels". Fully recommended, we will be back with pleasure.

Great house, with perfect family accommodation. Three bedrooms upstairs on same level as kitchen / living room / terrace / dining area and one downstairs. Very well equipped overall especially kitchen, would have loved a bbq but made use off the plancha instead. Close enough to plenty of good beaches both sand and rocky. Great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
