Artistic and quirky house. I loved it! You have to duck a lot, but it’s super cool. <5min walk to beach or downtown.

Great space and beautiful property! About mile to Sonoma Square, easy walk and bikes were available too. Nice big shower and stylish accommodations. The hot tub was a nice perk! Loved our time visiting the area! We got coffee and quiche every morning from Basque. Capo Isetta was a great tasting room right in the square. Cheers!

What a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need and is steps away from Sonoma Plaza , full of fun shopping and dining! The host was so nice and everything was very clear and easy. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend in Sonoma staying at this lovely cottage! The location is super walkable to both the square and to nice hiking trails. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood. Back yard was beautiful. It was also private, for being in a neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked minimally, but enough for the basics. Master bed was so soft, it didn’t have enough support for us. The other bed was very firm, but too tall for my wife to get on.

My husband and I (along with our 6 month old and our dog) enjoyed a perfect Fathers Day/Birthday weekend at Dennis's cottage! The location couldn't be better - so easy to grab provisions or a quick bite around the corner at the general store, and amazing to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The cottage is cozy - just the right size for two adults and a dog - with everything you need. Having a washing machine was extra convenient, and the balcony and fire place made for relaxing evenings. We love Dillon Beach and are so happy we found this place! Don't hesitate to book :)

Very comfortable quiet and warm

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

Amazing spot in the woods. Great hiking right out the door and our host made it easy as could be to stay. Looking forward to going back.

This sweet little artist cottage was just perfect. Mindy has put a lot of effort and energy in making sure there are so many things available for her guests: Kitchen Staples, along with different kinds of coffee and coffee makers. There were fresh eggs and beautiful chocolates, and so much more which made our stay extra special. The cottage is surrounded by a small yard and lovely trees. There is a dedicated parking spot, which was so nice. Very quiet, clean, and the furnishings are just beautiful. Will definitely book again. Thank you for being an exceptional host!

Linda was so kind to us, our daughter wasn’t feeling very well from our long road trip, we had gotten there a bit early with the plan to hang out on the beach until check-in, but Linda had let us check in a little early. She walked down to the house herself to make sure it was ready! The house is located right above the beach, you can walk down there or drive (it cost $10 for an all day pass to park at the beach, you can come and go) the view from the front porch was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful!! The beds were cozy, it had all the amenities to cook at home. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future! Thank you Linda for your wonderful hospitality!

We will be back! This property is lovely, comfortable and CLEAN! The sunflower cabin worked well for the 2 of us and was very comfortable. The location is perfect if you are exploring Pt Reyes National Seashore and there are plenty of restaurants, stores and amenities in Olema and Pt Reyes Station.

My husband and I had a great time in Mill Valley. We were amazed at the location of this adorable cottage. It is walking distance to the library and to downtown MV, which had everything we could possibly need/want. Such an incredible community. Our host was helpful when we had questions and answered promptly. The cottage was cute, clean and cozy. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back again someday!

Wonderful Airbnb located right outside of proper Cotati and rural enough that you'll hear a rooster crow in the morning. We spent almost a week here leading up to our wedding and felt at ease in this Airbnb. Plenty of complimentary items - something I don't see a lot of at Airbnbs anymore and something of which we took full advantage! Clearly someone loves their label maker because just about everything has a label, which we found amusing, but also quite helpful. Highly recommend this location for your next vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home and garden. Area was easy to navigate and parking was a breeze. Host was incredibly responsive as well. My only regret is we were too early to see the wisteria in bloom! We would stay here again!

This is a great little stay right outside of San Francisco the location is a great area very private very quiet tons of cute plants the house was super clean neat very organized very clean bathroom overall this is a great stay and totally worth it Infact I think it should be more it’s super cute private parking and even friendly cats that come to visit in the morning, if you meet chase she’s super friendly and loves to be petted

What a super convenient location for our needs between Ross, Mill Valley, San Fran and Sonoma activities. Mona dropped by at our convenience and gave us a quick very informative overview. Such a kind human! Worked perfectly for our family over Thanksgiving. In floor heating takes awhile to heat, but we managed just fine. Mona spoiled us with amazing coffee…..many thanks! Enjoy this wonderful location.

You won't find a more peaceful place for a getaway. If you sit in the rocker on the front porch and look out a the mini vineyard, the view will mesmerize you. If you want a more active stay, downtown Sonoma is only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is well outfitted, and there's a grill out back. The grounds are filled with flowers, there are olive trees lining the property (you'll find olive oil from the fruit of these trees in the kitchen cupboard!). Katherine is a wonderful host: warm and friendly; responsive; thoughtful . There are many nice touches around the house, which is comfortably furnished in all the rooms. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Katherine!
