Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient apartment for a holiday in Rimini. The seafront is just a few meters away, and there are several restaurants and bars along the main street adjacent to the apartment. The most important thing is the personal parking space. Manuela was a great host, kind and helpful in giving advice on restaurants and bathrooms in the area. We followed many of his suggestions and we didn't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. We highly recommend staying at Elena and Antonio’s apartment.

My wife and 2 daughters had a fantastic stay in Rimini. The apartment was perfect. Air conditioned with everything you could need, very clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The location could not have been better, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. There is a well stocked supermarket right round the corner too. Matteo was out contact up until check in and was always responsive and pleasant. Paola checked us in and was lovely and welcoming and on hand to message if we needed her. If we ever go back to Rimini we would definitely stay here. If you are pulling massive suitcases and pushing baby buggies in 30 degree heat do yourself a favour and get a text to and from the train station. Ask Paola, she will book it for you

AMAZING apartment! Very clean, tidy and with everything you need to spend a stay in Rimini. Linda's house is an 8-minute walk from the most beautiful and well-known clubs near the sea and the nightlife of Rimini. Linda is a very kind and very specific host. We'll be back!

Perfect place! Remote from the center, but easy to get to on foot. Nearby is a stop for public transport. Close to the beach and the sea. Perfect apartment for couples, groups of friends, and families with children. Very well equipped, neat, clean, comfortable. As described and photographed. I recommend the host and their apartment. Very good contact with the owner. He adjusted the check-in time to our arrival. Understanding, nice people. Thank you very much! And if there is still an opportunity - we will be happy to come back!

This is our second time coming back to one of Lorenzo's homes. They're perfect. Lorenzo is an extremely kind and flexible person according to our needs, he has met us a lot. The apartment was perfect as pictured, equipped with every comfort. We found very comfortable mattresses and pillows (not to be underestimated) and the crib for our little girl was also perfect. Very useful washing machine and laundry sheets and towels service. The area is the best in Rimini, a nearby beach and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable garage under the building, on rainy days it is convenient to load or unload the bags, it is worth the expense. For us it is a 10+. Thank you for everything Lorenzo, we will see you again by the end of the year.

We had a wonderful stay here. Kevin was readily available and very responsive through text. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and very close to the Roman bridge. It was a quiet and peaceful street. I would stay here again.

A perfect host. Helped us find the location when the map app gave confusing directions. The location was great. Very short walk to the beach. Right in the center of nightlife on the beach but on a very quiet street. Both the train station and “old town” were within easily walking distant. The place was exceptionally clean. Everything worked. Perfect for couple or couple with small child. There is even a crib. Could not recommend it higher.

Annalisa is a fantastic Host, always kind and ready to help you with any need. The house is newly renovated, tastefully furnished, very comfortable and equipped with every amenity and comfort. Annalisa's advice was valuable, her directions very precise. It was the best location we found in the city and we will certainly be back 🤩 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!
