The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

You are right on the beach, which is great. At first glance, the area doesn't look inviting. There is no private parking, but there is actually enough space on the street. Check-in and key are all done via mobile phone.

This is the second year we have returned to Gianfranco and it is always a very positive experience. The apartment is cozy and well cared for, Gianfranco is a very helpful person and communication with him is always optimal. It feels like being at home. It has definitely become our go-to place in Rimini

A perfect host. Helped us find the location when the map app gave confusing directions. The location was great. Very short walk to the beach. Right in the center of nightlife on the beach but on a very quiet street. Both the train station and “old town” were within easily walking distant. The place was exceptionally clean. Everything worked. Perfect for couple or couple with small child. There is even a crib. Could not recommend it higher.

We had a wonderful stay here. Kevin was readily available and very responsive through text. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and very close to the Roman bridge. It was a quiet and peaceful street. I would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment, with attention to the smallest detail. Very cozy and clean. Balcony in every room with a very comfortable outdoor drying rack. Natural water purifier that saved us from carrying water crates on foot.

This is our second time coming back to one of Lorenzo's homes. They're perfect. Lorenzo is an extremely kind and flexible person according to our needs, he has met us a lot. The apartment was perfect as pictured, equipped with every comfort. We found very comfortable mattresses and pillows (not to be underestimated) and the crib for our little girl was also perfect. Very useful washing machine and laundry sheets and towels service. The area is the best in Rimini, a nearby beach and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable garage under the building, on rainy days it is convenient to load or unload the bags, it is worth the expense. For us it is a 10+. Thank you for everything Lorenzo, we will see you again by the end of the year.

This apartment is really amazing! It is in a great location near the train station and it’s very close to the beach! The apartment was very clean, and has all you need to feel like at home during your stay! Patrizia and her husband were very communicative and helped us with anything. Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really great attention. It has mosquito nets. The laundry area/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Not intrusive and really very professional. Positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but tall as a floor to not feel the cain of the street. I'll definitely be toned.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and a hot tub, and the private parking is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a kit of oil/salt and spices. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
