We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A special thank you goes to Filippo, for his kindness, availability and attention to guests. Always present but never intrusive, it made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

I found a family environment thanks to the kindness of Andrea and his brother I'll be back because it's in a good location for getting around on foot. It's reminiscent of 80s hotels, and the management makes you feel right at home.

Everything was alright, the room was clean and everything worked, but not really cosy and made nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would go there again.

Simple room for 4 people with bathroom. Comfy beds and very clean. Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful. She responded quickly to messages and offered help on her own. It was the perfect accommodation for our stay.

I spent a night in this accommodation in the historic center of Urbino and I had a great time. The location is excellent, in the middle of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Definitely a positive experience, I would recommend it!

I was looking for 2 days of pure relaxation and the sweet idleness or bonum otium as the ancient Romans used to say, I found Sasso Ermida! A small eco-sustainable B&B, immersed in the nature of the Rimini hills, where you can still see fireflies among the wheat, and taste genuine, freshly prepared food! Tiziano's b&b is a lovely place. My husband and I had a really relaxing two days. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is well-kept, comfortable bed, really nice pool, which, thanks to the beautiful weather, we took advantage of throughout the stay. Fantastic breakfast, with the option to choose between sweet and savory, not the usual packaged things, but everything fresh and genuine. Thanks also to his wife Ornella and daughter Chiara, a family that deserves success for the welcoming place they have been able to create and for the courtesy with which they know how to welcome their guests.

A family-friendly and pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast that was open for a long time. Close to a public beach and nice walking paths by the sea. The room was good, the bed was nice! The AC worked well! The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels several times. Stayed at the hotel for six nights.

Nido d’Ape is the perfect base for exploring Emilia Romagna. Not only is it conveniently located near must-see destinations like Bologna, Ravenna, and even San Marino, but it’s also a stunning place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Giovanna and Roberto ensured our visit was unforgettable. They shared great tips on what to explore and served an amazing breakfast each morning with their homegrown produce, freshly baked bread, pastries, and homemade jams. One rainy evening, they even invited us for dinner, and we had the best time. They’re exceptional hosts, and we can't wait to return.

Very nice AirBB. Clean and comfortable. Luca was a wonderful host who made me feel like an old friend visiting. The swimming pool was lovely and the grounds are pretty. My only recommendation is that you have your own transportation (car, scooter, etc.) as the public transportation is not frequent. With a vehicle the BnB is quite close to the beaches of Riccione and Rimini, but it is also nice to just chill by the pool.

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Fantastic stay. What a wonderful space outside and inside. We had a nice day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What a rest! So much fun. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna, where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

A wonderful place with peace and activity. Right at the beach. Beautiful terrace with lots of flowers. And a very hospitable Monica who helped us with everything. Recommended if you are in Rimini!!

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!
