Ein rustikales und gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, von dem aus sich die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden lässt. Der Whirlpool ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch durch den schönen Garten und die sehr grosse Sauberkeit wettgemacht wurde. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und professionell.

La Casa di un tempo è una rarità, uno di quei posti che ti porta indietro nel tempo proprio come vuole il nome. Perfetta per chi cerca un alloggio immerso nel verde, in posizione ottima per le escursioni in natura e in città. Perfetto per una vacanza con gli amici a 4 zampe. My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Ottima esperienza. Roberto e Micaela sono due persone splendide. Io ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia e il cane e sono sempre stati disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Il posto è bellissimo, ben curato e ottimo per chi ha voglia di staccare e rilassarsi. Bellissimo posto anche per gli amici animali che possono frescheggiare e fare lunghe passeggiate fra i boschi. Lo consiglio a chiunque ha voglia di sentirsi a casa e di passare delle giornate di qualità con il proprio amico peloso!

La casa di Roberta è un gioiellino nella natura. Se hai la necessità di un posto rilassante dove stare nella completa tranquillità è l'ideale. La casa è molto bella pulita e di recente ristrutturazione, molto confortevole.

La maison de Cristiano est agréable à vivre, dans un environnement calme. Tout a dû être rénové récemment. La description correspond à la réalité, la propreté est impeccable, la cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner au quotidien. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain. La belle et grande terrasse extérieure offre une très belle vue sur la campagne avec le Mont Conero et la mer en arrière-plan. Parking privé à l'intérieur de la propriété. En cinq minutes en voiture, vous trouverez tous les commerces nécessaires. Les premières plages sont également à quelques minutes. Bonne situation de la maison, que vous recherchiez le farniente ou la découverte des villages et petites villes fortifiées alentour. L'accueil et la communication avec nos hôtes furent excellents. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette adresse.

Die Wohnung von Livio und Vittoria ist sehr geschmackvoll und elegant eingerichtet, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Küche ist gemütlich und ermöglicht die Zubereitung von vollständigen Speisen. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll und lädt zu schönen Ausflügen ein. Der Pool ist angenehm und bietet herrliche Entspannung. Wir haben es als Familie mit Hund sehr genossen.

Un merveilleux séjour ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces quelques jours que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Le lieu est à la fois isolé dans un vallon magnifique et à quelques minutes de Assise et des commerces. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moments passés au bord de la piscine, sur la terrasse et le petit déjeuner que nous avons réservé. Les lits sont très bien, le linge nickel. Je recommande !

The cottage is cosy and well-kept. It’s located on top of a hill from where you can see the see and the wheat fields all around. Livia is a great host and gave us good recommendations. Definitely worth staying at if peace, quiet and nature are on your list.

Heerlijk verblijf in historisch bergdorp, gelegen in groen middelgebergte. Goede wandelmogelijkheden. Veel culturele activiteiten. Zelfs de Dalai Lama is er in 1994 op bezoek geweest.

Un havre paix, des vues époustouflantes, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incroyable,... un court séjour qui restera cependant très longtemps dans nos mémoires Merci encore à Francesca et Ludovico Si vous êtes dans la région... N'hésitez pas un instant !

Alloggio paradisiaco nella natura con tutto il necessario, la piscina è solo uno dei punti forti della casa insieme al barbecue e al forno a legna. Letti comodi e camere spaziose, così come i bagni. Il giardino è ottimo per stare insieme e risalassarsi. Posizione stupenda nella natura con tantissimi posti per fare il bagno nel fiume e vari percorsi per fare camminate. Host impeccabile sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni che abbiamo chiesto o che potevano tornarci utili.

Soggiornare in questo cottage è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa! Panorama splendido e Federica è una persona gentilissima, davvero squisita! Il cottage è semplicissimo da raggiungere, le stanze sono pulite e c’è tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax…bellissima anche la piscina, la zona solarium e gli animali. Posto perfetto per chi ha bambini o vuole rilassarsi immerso nella natura!

Linda is een geweldige gastvrouw; huis was niet alleen brandschoon, ontbijt stond al klaar voor de volgende dag (inclusief eitjes van de kippen uit haar tuin), het haardvuur brandde toen we binnenkwamen, behaaglijk warm dus. Linda communiceerde prima met ons, dacht mee over mogelijkheden, was pro-actief, reageerde steeds snel op onze verzoeken of vragen om verduidelijking of informatie. Linda heeft uitstekende informatie in het huisje aanwezig waarmee je de bezienswaardigheden in de nabije en wijde omgeving kunt ontdekken: Echt top! Een uitstekend adres wanneer je Urbino en omgeving wil gaan bezoeken.

Great (short) stay. We had to leave early due to personal circumstances. We visited in October and Tina did mention there is no central heating. There are two fire stoves and the bedrooms have electric panels. We were not cold. It's a very rustic place, so be prepared to live close to nature :-) The view is extraordinaire. Quick, great communication with an extensive welcome guide. Thanks for the stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel piccolo angolo di paradiso del Conero. La casa è veramente molto bella, curata nell'arredamento. elegante e raffinata. Un ampio giardino ombreggiato da ulivi offre silenzio, ombra e una bella vista su Numana e il suo mare. Un comodo living esterno è ben attrezzato per vivere i vari momenti della giornata. Michela e Valerio sono persone disponibili, cortesl e simpatiche. Speriamo di tornare in questo angolo di paradiso.
