A rustic and well-kept house in a very quiet environment, from which you can explore the area very well. The hot tub is a little outdated, which was made up for by the beautiful garden and the very great cleanliness. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and professional.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Great experience. Roberto and Micaela are two wonderful people. I traveled with my family and dog and have always been available for anything. The place is beautiful, well cared for, and great for those who want to get away and relax. Beautiful place also for animal friends who can cool and take long walks in the woods. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home and spend quality days with their furry friend!

Roberta's house is a gem in nature. If you need a relaxing place to stay in complete tranquility, this is the ideal place. The house is very nice, clean and recently renovated, very comfortable.

Cristiano's house is pleasant to live in, in a quiet environment. Everything had to be renovated recently. The description matches reality, the cleanliness is impeccable, the kitchen is well-equipped for everyday cooking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beautiful and large outdoor terrace offers a very beautiful view of the countryside with Mount Conero and the sea in the background. Private parking inside the property. In five minutes by car, you will find all the necessary shops. The first beaches are also a few minutes away. Good location of the house, whether you are looking for relaxation or to discover the surrounding villages and small fortified towns. The welcome and communication with our hosts were excellent. In short, we had a good stay and recommend this place.

The apartment of Livio and Vittoria is very tastefully and elegantly furnished, spacious and well equipped. The small kitchen is cozy and makes it possible to prepare full food. The surroundings are wonderful and invite you to beautiful excursions. The pool is pleasant and offers wonderful relaxation. We enjoyed it as a family with a dog.

This is an old stone villa with several suites on the hillside a few km from Assisi. Surrounded by vineyards, it is a quiet place and a great base for exploring the area. Well worth a visit.

The cottage is cosy and well-kept. It’s located on top of a hill from where you can see the see and the wheat fields all around. Livia is a great host and gave us good recommendations. Definitely worth staying at if peace, quiet and nature are on your list.

Lovely place with a magnificent outdoor terrace and stunning views. We basically lived outside. Francesca and Ludovico are warm and generous people who will make you feel right at home. We loved our time there.

Paradise home in nature with everything you need, the pool is just one of the highlights of the house along with the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, as are the bathrooms. The garden is great for being together and going back up. Beautiful location in nature with plenty of places to swim in the river and various walking paths. Impeccable host always available and provided us with all the information we asked for or that could be useful.

Staying at this cottage was a wonderful experience! Beautiful view and Federica is a very kind person, really exquisite! The cottage is very easy to reach, the rooms are clean and there is everything you need to spend a few days relaxing... also beautiful the pool, the solarium area and the animals. Perfect place for those who have children or want to relax surrounded by nature!

Linda is a great hostess; house was not only sparkling clean, breakfast was already ready for the next day (including eggs from the chickens from her garden), the fireplace burned when we entered, so comfortably warm. Linda communicated well with us, thought about possibilities, was proactive, always responded quickly to our requests or questions for clarification or information. Linda has excellent information in the cottage with which you can discover the sights in the near and wide area: Really great! An excellent address if you want to visit Urbino and surroundings.

Great (short) stay. We had to leave early due to personal circumstances. We visited in October and Tina did mention there is no central heating. There are two fire stoves and the bedrooms have electric panels. We were not cold. It's a very rustic place, so be prepared to live close to nature :-) The view is extraordinaire. We stayed for a week in the small corner of paradise of Conero. The house is really very beautiful, well-furnished, elegant and refined. A large garden shaded by olive trees offers silence, shade and a beautiful view of Numana and its sea. A comfortable outdoor living area is well equipped to experience the various moments of the day. Michela and Valerio are helpful, courteous and friendly people. We hope to return to this corner of paradise.
