A dream location in the Marken. With Michaela and Massimo, you immediately feel comfortable. Beautiful apartments, a great pool with a view, the wines of the microcantina - and optionally a fantastic breakfast. In about half an hour on the Adriatic - or for hiking in the Monti Sibillini. In addition, the beautiful villages in the hills of the Marche. Apart from us, there were mainly regular guests, some of whom have been coming for many years - no wonder, we would definitely come back.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. We spent a month here with our baby and it could not have been better. Pietro and Christina are friendly, helpful and warm. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a peaceful and charming place in the middle of Umbria

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

We had the best two weeks at this farm stay—it’s a really magical place. The apartment is lovely, with comfortable furniture and high ceilings that make it feel quite spacious. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped and all of the appliances worked perfectly. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the views are truly spectacular! Filippo was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The location of this Airbnb is also awesome—the surrounding farm makes it feel remote but you’re still close to downtown Perugia and an easy drive to dozens of other destinations in Umbria. I would highly recommend!

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

Welcome home!! From the beginning, we felt so incredibly comfortable! Daniele welcomed us warmly, there was olive oil and wine as a welcome gift!! The location is an absolute dream. Far from mass tourism, this pearl is nestled between vineyards and olive groves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, the icing on the cake was the pool in the hot temperatures! La Bulletta is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Umbria. An absolute plus is the water pressure;) I have thick long hair and it has never been so beautiful and easy to wash, better than at home!!! Thanks to Daniele, his sister and the incredibly adorable parents for 7 days of absolute rest and relaxation away from everyday life. We'll be back, for sure

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

Stefania was an incredible host!!! She made us feel so welcome immediately - with a glass of wine ready to greet us.. the space itself was gorgeous, private and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to all friends

A wonderful stay! The grounds were beautiful, an easy drive to the lovely town of Assisi, and the pool was perfect for the hot day. Eddie was super helpful with giving us parking suggestions for Assisi, which was a big help! Wish we could have stayed long. A relaxing retreat.

Great accommodation in a stunning area

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a very nice and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Our stay at this countryside villa in Todi was nothing short of magical. The property itself is breathtaking — surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and the tranquil beauty of Umbria. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a sparkling pool overlooking the valley. Each morning felt like a dream as we sipped coffee under the pergola and watched the sun rise over the countryside. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warmth and generosity of our host. Claudia and Alessandro welcomed us with a tasting of Alessandro’s homemade olive oil, which was absolutely divine. They also offered a selection of local wines and even Claudia’s own natural skin care products, all crafted with care and authenticity. This stay was the perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and indulgence. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return.

We were looking for accommodation, and we found a little corner of paradise that became part of our little holiday in every respect. The cottage is very cute and complete with everything, surrounded by greenery, very relaxing!! The hosts are friendly and nice, very kind and helpful. About half an hour from the Frasassi Caves, 4km from a small but complete supermarket. The only negative aspect? Having to console my daughter's crying when we left: she wanted to stay there. We will 😂😂 definitely come back if the opportunity arises, we had a great time!

We expected something special and we were rewarded with a special apartment in an amazing historic building. Grand entrance courtyard, well-tended garden and lovely views. Annalisa and her mother made check-in seamless. Our stay was memorable. Pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was provided because the nearest village is some ways away. The location is a short drive to any number of impressive medieval villages. Grazie Annalisa!
