Beautiful farmhouse in the mountains between fields of cereals and legumes, breathtaking views, enveloped by shining greenery during the day and with a shell of stars on the head at night. Absolute peace and relaxation. We stayed three nights at David's place to visit Umbria a little, we had a great time. The house is equipped with everything you need with a very romantic wood-burning stove in the kitchen. Close to the major centers of interest in the area but in absolute tranquility. We were a nice party and it was beautiful to wake up in that greenery in the morning and be able to find refreshments on the way back from the rides in the various villages. I recommend this place to everyone, of course it has to enjoy the countryside and you have to be nature lovers, we are and we fully appreciated it, thank you David.

The accommodation is located in a wonderful area, surrounded by greenery and in a strategic position to visit the most interesting places in Umbria. The hosts were super cute and we really appreciated their availability.

A three days in the calm of nature in a structure within walking distance of the lake with a pool and sauna available. Really helpful host and perfect home for 10 of us! Everything is clean and functional. Outdoor barbecue, swings, tables, and other amenities are a non-trivial plus. We'll be back.

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

Roberto is very hospitable. The house is as pictured and we found it tidy and well cleaned. 5-minute walk to the center. Pass provided by Roberto to park in various areas of Sirolo to access the beaches. He provided us with useful information to make the most of our stay

The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

The owner is also always available to leave his luggage at check-in. They were quick to respond to the required formations and booking stages. Spacious and clean apartment.

Massimiliano and his family were all so welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area, always willing to advise on shops, restaurants or tourist destinations such as Asissi and Lago Trasimeno. As a wheelchair user, the hosts were able to answer all of our questions before arrival to make sure we could stay there with no problems. Although not suitable for all disabled people it was perfect for us, and we were able to make full use of the lovely swimming pool via a grassy slope up. Sunning ourselves by the very clean pool, looking across the valleys towards Perugia, and on one day tracking the thunderclouds across the sky was amazing. You can use the pool without many restrictions, it is only closed for a short time in the morning because they’re cleaning it. The water has a very low chlorine content so is beautiful to use. The small cottage we stayed in had a very lovely outdoor shaded spot to sit out and eat meals cooked in the ingenious (inside a cupboard!) kitchen. The local wildlife seen and heard from this spot includes: swallows, birds of prey, doves, frogs, crickets, cicadas, butterflies and lizards. There is also an adorable farm cat, called Ruth, who follows Massimiliano around the farm like a little dog! The beds were comfortable and there was lots of hot water for showering. Breakfast was included for us, and the spread was always lavish, and the lady of the house noticed when we didn’t eat the sweet food and laid out more savoury. There was also lots of tea and a little espresso maker you can make use of. The hosts do speak English well, but are even more able to help if you can speak with them in Italian. The location is very good (the small lake can be used for fishing if you bring your own rod) and is close to larger roads and shops/restaurants. To reach the farm you do go along unpaved roads but even for those hiring unfamiliar cars like us the roads are fine if taken in a low enough gear. Close enough for day trips are: Asissi, Lake Trasimeno, Gubio, Perugia, and other medieval towns around. All towns we visited were very steep, so for those with dodgy knees or using wheelchairs make every effort to park as high up the town as is safe and/or make for every lift/elevator you can find to save your legs (or arms)!! We’d especially recommend a visit to a wonderful pizzeria/restaurant with outstanding views in Catiglione de Lago (delicious food, good service and reasonable prices). And there is an off the tourist trap town called Corciano that is well worth a visit. We’d definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return in future.

Everything starting from location, peacefulness, amenities etc - were just perfect. You do need a car to get arround. the house has all you might need, Andrea is very helpful host.

Exceptional place, fantastic!! rarely there is a place like this, absolutely recommended, everything is perfect, everything is perfect, the host is very kind, he responds after seconds not even minutes, the minimum problem is solved immediately, the place is a dream, the new house, quality furniture, designer bathroom, air conditioning, perfect kitchen, breathtaking view, private lake 2 meters from the house (PRIVATE lake, you understand well!!) absolute tranquility, but you are close to Assisi Gubbio Perugia Montone and other beautiful places, wonderful walks, this place is a dream!! Rarely have I booked such a beautiful place in such a beautiful and new home (!!!) in such beautiful surroundings. I can guarantee that when you arrive you won't believe in your eyes. You'll be speechless.
