Waterfront holiday rentals in Marcelli

Great accommodation: 5 minutes to the station, 5 minutes to the sea, cafes and shops nearby, quiet street. On the first floor, a cool apartment, not hot even when it's +30 outside. The host kindly met us at the station and took us to the apartment. He also provided directions on how to get from the airport. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has everything you need for living: in the kitchen: coffee, sugar, salt, spices, dishes for all tastes. In the rooms: clean, nice clean bedding In the bathroom: laundry detergents, shampoos, even a few baby diapers. Thank you for the good accommodation!!! I recommend it for a family vacation.

It was the first time on vacation in the Marche region and we were so delighted that we will return. Laura is a wonderful person, always available to provide us with suggestions for getting around and where to eat. We had a great time in the house (as described in the listing). Marcelli is really nice both because it is close to the sea and because it is a strategic point for excursions. There are many villages to see, all beautiful, each with its own history. It's a shame we couldn't visit everything, but we promised to come back. Thanks again to Laura for her hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend everyone to spend their holidays in Marcelli in Laura's cottage.

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. House a bomboniera.infissi for soundproofing, laundry area and garage for beach games and bikes. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the center. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cozy. An experience to be repeated.

Georgio and his girlfriend were warm, welcoming and available The apartment receives a rating of 20 out of 20 The geolocation is perfect between the beach and the historic city, and for the practical side a Lidl 800 meters away Good location but unfortunately unmissable related to noise disturbances (train and noisy tourists at all hours of the day and night) The assessment remains positive for me and I will happily go back

I had a great time, the communication was impeccable at any time of the day. Edoardo followed us in everything, even brought the coffee and tea capsules late at night to ensure a good breakfast the next morning. Perfect place, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. If I had to go back to that area, I would definitely not hesitate to go back there! I highly recommend choosing them for a carefree stay!

My family and I stayed for 3 days at Antonio and Cristina's house, we had a really good time, nothing was missing and everything was clean. Quiet area and close to the sea and green areas. Ideal for children and our dog . Thank you for everything.

Very well equipped typical historic country house right in the center of Sirolo which is perfect for enjoying the full range of things to do there. However, it‘s right in the center where there is full Italian night life until 1am at least when the weather is warm. So a lot of noise outside. We knew this beforehand, so no problem for us at all. If you need silence to sleep, maybe think about it twice.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Great location and excellent apartment.

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!
