Holiday rentals with a pool in Marcelli

I know the review calls out Lidia Francesca’s place, but the true host is the care taker, Franco. Since our arrival time was a bit uncertain, I communicated with Franco who was more than accommodating to meet us when we arrived. The villa is fantastic and Franco made it a point to show us around, and point out what we needed to know. He showed us the vegetable garden and invited us to help ourselves to fresh vegetables. We were a family of 11 and the villa was large enough to accommodate all, as well as offering plenty social space where we could congregate. Our travels through Italy took us to many key areas, but I can say that our visit to Marche, and in particular Villa Blasi in Osimo, was a true stand out. Centrally located near other towns of interest to visit within a reasonable drive, and close to the ocean for day trips to the beach made Villa Blasi a perfect resting place. The pool overlooking rolling hills was fabulous. Franco is the perfect host!

We were a group of 13 persons that stayed for one week. The house and surroundings was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was very nice with a good view over the hilly landscape, and we had dinners by the wood oven/grill. We also got local recommendations from the hosts. It has been easy to communicate with the hosts. We highly recommend this place.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

pam and alex‘s home is by far the most astonishing air- bnb experience you can get! the house is to find over the „le marche“ hills around filottrano with an amazing view in a secluded location, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. the breathtaking sunsets, the calmness, the quiet surrounding eases the mind and has given us full relaxation. we (3 adults, one 11 year old , one baby) especially enjoyed the pool time and you can easily stay around the house for days without ever being bored. Yet if so, the area provides the stunning conero beaches, pretty villages, amazing food and a countryside you can hike, ride your bike etc. pam and alex are the loveliest hosts, they help you with any questions, provide a „what to do, what to see“ sheet and are very discret at the same time. A place to fall in love with - we sure come back!

Great place, gorgeous pool with a view on the Marche hills.

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Our vacation at Villa Monti was just great. If you like it a little quieter and are therefore willing to take some driving time, this is the place to be. It takes about half an hour to get to several beautiful beaches, half an hour to Ancona and in an hour you can also reach Rimini, San Marino and other cities. Francesca is a super host. She gave us a very warm welcome, was always kind and helpful. The accommodation is clean and modernly equipped. It was a wonderful holiday for us and we really enjoyed the time at Francesca's place. Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

I stayed at Marco's with my family for a week. The house is very nice, it perfectly matches the description. It is close to the center of Numana and you can reach both the Spiaggiola and the Frate Beach on foot. It is convenient as a starting point to visit the entire Conero Riviera. Great experience. We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.
