Holiday rentals with a patio in Marbletown

Our second time at Chris’s place and we plan to keep coming back! Well appointed, clean and comfortable Chris thinks of everything including cold water in the fridge and furniture covers for our dogs. The place is charming and the location walkable to eateries and good coffee. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This is a charming studio apartment on the bottom floor of a house. We had our own porch and entrance was easy with the electronic keypad. The place itself is an a very good location just a minute walk from the main street of Beacon. Andrea was kind enough to let us check out a little late which helped us with our travel plans. Recommended.

Cute, cozy, clean, and super close to the bike trail! Perfect stay for a weekend exploring the towns along the trail.

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Constanza and Bill’s place was everything we could hope for. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Constanza was also very responsive and helpful when it came to questions. The location was also very convenient for hiking and dining at local restaurants. We felt right at home and will definitely be back if we’re ever looking to stay in Beacon again :)

Jenna’s place worked well for our family reunion in Catskill village, convenient to Main Street shops. The shower set up (curtain in a tub) was a bit tricky.

We had a wonderful stay! The deck and the cozy nook quickly became our favorite spots — perfect for relaxing with our dog. The location was pretty ideal for exploring the Hudson Valley. It was a great home base to visit nearby towns and attractions. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend it to our friends. We hope to be able to return again and experience the area during a fall season!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. Michael and Nick's Meadow House was one of the absolute best Airbnb stays we have ever enjoyed! It's truly a dream home with everything you will need for your stay. Standout details included a comfy bed, a dream kitchen with everything you'll need to cook your meals, spa-like bathroom, and a cozy fireplace that you can light with the push of a button. The views from every room are stunning and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee and birdsong on the porch every morning. We saw lots of birds, deer, chipmunks and woodchucks. And it's a short drive to lots of trails and charming towns. We had a welcome note and snacks waiting for us on our arrival. Michael was so friendly, responsive, and gave lots of fantastic recommendations. He was also so helpful with all our questions and a work emergency that came up for me. We were dreaming of returning for a longer stay before we had even left.

We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

Beautiful property in the best location in Catskills region. Whoever did interior design deserves an award. Definitely recommend and would come back again myself!

I can’t even begin to say enough about this place and the hosts! The space is GORGEOUS - pictures don’t do it justice. So much light and space for everyone! What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Really special place for a girls 50th birthday weekend. The house is pristine, clean, private. Beautiful, open big room with a large porch in the trees. Comfy beds and nicely appointed bathrooms. Super responsive host.

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
