We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2-bedroom ground floor apartment. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The private garden area was a real highlight—perfect for morning coffees, evening BBQs, or just lounging on the outdoor sofa. The apartment is in a peaceful part of the golf resort but still close to all the main facilities, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the start. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway :)

We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. We would definitely repeat

Apartment is spacious, beautiful and all amenities are there. Parking, towels, toiletries, linens, terraces with furniture, great air conditioning, info in different languages including Dutch and so much more. I can't think of anything that could be better. Apartment itself is in new urbanization where everything seems fine. Communication with Pass The Keys® is very good and smooth. 100% definitely recommended!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

We had a wonderful stay here with our three children ( 16, 12 and 9 years) Apartment is spacious and clean. Everything you can think of is present including padel racets. It is recommended to rent a job! Jackie is a very nice host who I was also able to ask for tips on. There is also plenty to do in the area. Los Alcazares is a cozy city where you can eat delicious food and lie on the beach….. even times the power outage was the supermarket there open.

We spent awesome time, apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable! Balconies are cute. Place on the rooftop is very nice addition. Place is close to restaurants and bakery. Very good communication with the owner. We are truly recommending apartment and place to stay for longer or shorter stay:) Thank you! 🤗

We had an amazing stay at Paco’s house! The house was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Paco was always available and incredibly helpful, sending us the best local recommendations. Without a doubt, we’ll be back!

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

We had a great time, there wasn't a lot of sun but it had beautiful views! We were very comfortable!

Lovely small complex great pool apartment was exactly what we wanted. The roof terrace absolutely made it perfect for us. Very spacious and naturally sun all day.

We had a great stay at Javier's apartment, it was clean and super comfortable. On top of that, Javier was a kind host and we could always reach out to him.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Very good stay, Daniel responds quickly if there are any problems, the accommodation is great, with magnificent views. Only small negative point is that it takes 25 minutes to go up the Manga so if you want to go for a walk outside to take into account. But no complaints about the accommodation which is perfect. Thanks again!

The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

We were very last minute and they accommodated us which was great and was able to check in within an hour of booking. Over all excellent stay really clean spa and pool was great addition felt modern and luxurious Great views from the solarium Lots of shops and bars in the area great value for money
