I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the city centre. It was a joy to come back to such a welcoming and well-kept space each day. The host’s communication was brilliant throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Studio was clean and spacious and quiet, with everything needed re kitchen equipment, hairdryer, etc. Easy to access via locksafe at the front door. Andy and Juvy communicated well with instructions by message/email. The studio was 15 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from my conference venue, so very convenient. And Tesco Express a few doors down for essentials.

Very clean, safe and private. Great location and easy to walk to town and train station. Super little place, small but cosy and well decorated and had everything I needed. Milan and Jenny gave very clear instructions and were very responsive to any questions. I felt very comfortable and certainly would recommend.

Excellent host and excellent place to stay for my wife, one year old and I. Rebekah even made sure there was a stair gate put up before we arrived! She also offered her cot for us to use. Very warm welcome on the day. The place was pristine and just lovely. We had a really comfortable stay.

Lesley’s place is perfect for a getaway in the High Peaks. It’s clean and comfortable and has all the amenities required. The shower pressure is good and the kitchen is a nice space to cook in. Check-in and out was smooth with really clear instructions. Best of all, Lesley is so friendly with local recommendations and is very responsive if anything is needed. I was staying with my father so I slept on the couch while he took the bedroom and it’s definitely comfortable enough to sleep on. Lesley provided extra linen for this. We were there during very hot days and Lesley put in an extra fan and did everything she could to keep us cool. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

The apartment is very new, clean, well equipped and perfect for anyone visiting family in the area. Very private for sharers with two bathrooms off the bedrooms. Lovely river views and very quiet for a good nights sleep. The coffee machine with lots of pods was a lovely touch. Christopher was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us, would absolutely stay again.

The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. It is in a great location, with an excellent pub serving delicious food just steps away. I would highly recommend this place.

The furniture, especially the bed is all very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are top notch. I never experienced too many pillows or towels in an Airbnb until now! You are a responsive and friendly host. Your location was perfect for our weekend at the National Water Sports Centre and would be even better for visiting sports (football / cricket) fans. It is a short bus/taxi ride into town which is helpful as although there is an excellent supermarket very close by, there are no walkable restaurant options. We really had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property for a quiet weekend away or any visiting sports enthusiasts. Thank you Naomi

Belinda’s flat is absolutely lovely. Very peaceful, neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, it’s a lovely residential street. 5 mins from bus stop, easy buses into city and beyond. Car parking, permit from Belinda, parked right outside, no problem at all. Clear guides for the heating, waste etc, which is always helpful. Belinda left a welcome pack of provisions that I hardly made a dent in during my 3 night stay. It was very handy as I never had to go to the shops. Had 3 of the best night sleeps for a long while, comfortable bed and really nice pillows, not the usual “bricks”. Never got to meet Belinda unfortunately, I was out all day at the cricket. But she had messaged me with her mobile in case I needed anything. The perfect host. I would definitely stay again if ever back in Nottingham and, would certainly recommend Belinda’s flat.

Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

Beth was a fab host and her place was like a dream! So quite and peaceful and plenty of parking - we loved staying here :)

This was a perfect place for myself and a friend while we were working at Chatsworth for a weekend event. It was clean, neat and tidy, and had a lovely view too. Only thing I would say, the stairs to the second bedroom (which can be seen in the photos) are quite tricky to navigate! So will not be suitable for everyone.

Worked for us very well. Ideally located, very close to the railway station and the two main bus stop locations, and almost right on the route of the Derwent Valley Heritage Way. Couldn't really be more convenient for walking or for the local industrial history. Also very close to at least two decent-sized supermarkets, and multiple restaurants and cafes. The kitchen seemed excellently equipped, but we never had cause to use it. Comfy lounge chairs much appreciated after a day's walking! The apartment does overlook a fairly busy road, with some pubs, &c., so there was some noise, especially on Friday and Saturday evening – didn't seem excessive to us, but not the place if you want perfect countryside quiet. Also the two flights of stairs up are really quite steep.

I have stayed in many Airbnb s . This was by far the best 10/10.

Ruth’s airbnb was a lovely stay, we went for one night, the place we stayed was very clean and tidy and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub with nice relaxing views in the garden, would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

honestly amazing! originally staying in Nottingham as had training at the beginning of the week, but due to personal issues didn't want to stay in the area any longer than needed, wanted something quiet, peaceful and to fully relax. Had come across this little gem and I'm so glad I did! It was exactly what I needed! hidden away in the middle of nowhere, to fully unwind and detach from work and life. Was out everyday - everything is within an easy drive, but coming back every evening was a blessing. I love how there are no TV's! Sitting outside throughout the evening and nights is beautiful 💚🌳 AND the sheep! They are brilliant, once they see you walking to your hut they come running and barring soooo cute! Honestly if your wanting to get away and detach from stress and worries this is the place to go!! Inside is also decorated to such a high standard, and all the little touches are beautiful!

Had an amazing few nights at the Heathcote Hideaway. We’ve stayed in some beautiful places before but nothing comes close to here ! The cottage was absolutely pristine, had everything you could ever need, with some lovely home touches. Such peaceful surroundings and a stunning view from the hot tub. Thank-you for our stay, we hope to return !
