Holiday rentals with a home cinema in City Of Manila

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the start. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Nice condo to have your stay in Manila. The building reception area was also nice, pool with warm water and sm grocery and restos just around the bldg. Would love to stay again next time.

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

super worth it checking in at this place! it was able to accommodate our large group, well-ventilated, air-conditioners work perfectly fine, strong water supply, and complete cleaning materials.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was spacious and great for our group of 8. Location was convenient, with lots of nearby convenience stores—even big ones like 7/11. WiFi was fast and reliable, though the provided password didn’t work—we used the default from the router (minor issue). A few things need improvement: the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor have one step that can be lifted and two others that are loose—potential safety risk. The aircon in the large 3rd floor room barely cooled and likely needs cleaning. The kitchen knife was a real bummer—very dull and hard to use, which made cooking frustrating. No complimentary shampoo, only body soap—not a big deal for us, but worth noting. All doorknobs felt worn and should be replaced. Despite these, we still had a pleasant stay. With a few fixes, this place could be even better for future guests.

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Communication was a bit of a challenge due to short notice of instructions after booking such as submission of guest list and restrictions on guests. But overall, the place was very nice and convenient. Definitely good for watch-parties or simple staycation :) the host was also very accommodating. Would definitely book again next time if we have the chance.

First off, host was very responsive and welcoming. There were no problems during check-in as all requirements were settled prior. The room was not only spacious and squeaky clean but had a very thoughtful and stylish design and good lighting. Bedroom slippers and fresh towels were provided for each guest. There were also complimentary snacks, tea, coffee pods and bottles water on the counter. The host was also kind enough to reply to our every question and request. 10/10. Would definitely book again.

Excellent value! Location is fantastic close to pretty much everything. Check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and tidy with all the basic amenities included. Communication was instant and never had to wait long. They were also very proactive in reaching out to me to ensure I was having a great time at their condo. Would come back here again.

Had a nice stay. The room has a dedicated workplace - very helpful for a remote employee like me. We also had a great fun with their board games and cards. Will surely book it in our next trip.

My second time staying here. It’s a nice place and the host gives great insights and instructions. I had forgotten about a phone charger I left on my last visit and she had it sitting on the table for me when I checked. Very kind of her to go the extra mile.
