I've stayed at Gramercy a few times through other hosts on Airbnb, but this host was the absolute best. They had cleaners come and replace the bedsheets, clean the floors, and clean the bathroom while we were there. I even forgot my backpack in the unit while checking out, which was completely my fault, and the host immediately resolved the issue. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, and this host sets a new standard for what a host should be. Excellent all around.

An amazing apartment close to great restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was beautiful, and quiet - great for relaxing after a busy day. Gerald was a great host, responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Manila.

The host was extra accommodating and considerate as when the internet was down due to the technical issues with the provider in the area, she's kind enough to offer an internet package to help me through the down time as I have heaps of conference calls all the time.

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

An amazing place to stay in Manila! This was my very first time going into this beautiful country and I would recommend this Airbnb if you would like to feel safe and have a luxury place at the heart of Manila. The most amazing thing about this place was the view! From sunrise to sunset. Waking up with that view I felt right at home Also the instructions were clear and easy to understand and staff were nice at all times

I hope they keep their rates affordable, because this is easily the best we've booked within this price range in terms of aesthetics, amenities, cleanliness, comms, and overall experience. You can feel every detail was well thought of and executed by the owner/s. View: Larger corner unit with an uninterrupted view of the Mall of Asia complex. Shell Residences: Superb location, friendly staff, efficient elevators, garbage disposal and pest control. I say this because not all SMDC properties are well-maintained.

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was having the mall right in the same building, which made everything super convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

Had a great time staying here. The sheets were so comfortable and the place felt so cozy. Host was very responsive and helpful with a lot of things. My only issue was that the body wash was not refilled enough, good thing we bought ours. Aside from that, no issues at all. Will definitely come back here again. Thank you Ann for hosting us 😊

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location.
