Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Mandrem

It was nice experience there. appliances were functional and of best quality tv, washing machine, fidge etc. Caretaker provided contacts for rental bike, taxi. In between cleaning provided as our stay was for 3 days. Location is perfect for famous beaches. As well your stay is at quite place. Swiming pool we didn't use. Balcony was not facing a any building. Security staff was also supportive. Functional lift. Grocery shops restaurants and wine shops are nearby.

Hitesh and Jay were very polite and helpful would surely recommend this place. Easy instructions with provided amenities. Will surely visit again. 😊

It was a great stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

We stayed in A1. The place was clean and matched with the images provided. Raja ( Care taker ) was super cooperative and really helpful. Totally recommend this stay.

From the second we booked the place all the way up until checkout, Rupesh was always responsive and he also gave us a great welcome gift! 100/10 place, location is too good if you like the chapora lane vibe. Everything worthwhile in north goa feels like a stone throw away. Blinkit has a dark store right there and it makes living there super convenient. We would definitely visit again!

The place is very decent, tip top. Nice perfumes and freshners are used which elevates mood. Amenities are as mentioned. Host is quite cooperative and responsive!! Worth paying and staying here.

We had a fantastic 2 day stay at Vishal’s Airbnb in Goa. The place was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect close to the beach and popular attractions, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. Vishal was a great host, very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place. We love the location because it’s in a quieter area but very close to everything in Calangute, making it accessible to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before at another unit and loved it so much that we were excited to come back. The staff is also extremely friendly. There’s 24 hour security and the cleaning staff comes daily. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We cooked a lot and we had all the tools we needed. The bed is also a king size and extremely comfortable. Sunaina was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The gas tank in the kitchen ran out halfway through our stay, and she had the replacement delivered first thing the next morning. She was quick to respond and kept open communication throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sunaina’s place to anyone looking for a central location in Goa in a superb apartment!

Best place at considerably lower price. Perfect for couples and family. Totally privacy. Sea view from window and balcony. Host Mr. Nikeet is more than friendly. He was there for us all the time and just a call away. Helped us with local recommendations. Location of property is perfect. Walking distance from Thallassa & Vagator beach. Highly recommended place for most serene views of Goa.
