Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mandrem

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Our stay in Goa was amazing. The place was close to clean, beautiful waterbodies and just a short walk from Baga Beach. The best part was the open private pool and it was super fun. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The whole place was tidy and well-kept. It was a great spot for a peaceful and fun staycation.

Pooja and vinod are amazing host . They helped me with taxi booking and their property is well maintained and its worth the price . Best part is that it is very affordable and beach is just 5 min walk from here.

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

A gem of an AirBnB with the best hosts and caretakers - Really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, well lit, comfy and spacious. The swings indoors, the beautiful pool, and the greenery was stunning. Also felt like it was a very safe and private gated community. Loved the stay, perfect trip!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s a very beautiful villa exactly like the pictures. Loved our stay at La luxo, the highlight was the infinity pool with amazing mesmerising view like country side. The host is very friendly and responsive. Care taker was also very helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. Overall I recommend this place to everyone 10/10

Incredible villa, We enjoyed our time there, the care taker was very professional and responsive. Although it was very dusty due to construction nearby and also the day we entered it had a smell of smoke in the room. But after day 2 it was fine. The area was quiet and the smell faded. Quality of furniture and electronics was very good. Also pool was amazing. It had a parking which allows you to park 2 cars. All the bedroom were very clean and all of them had an attached bathrooms.

I have never stayed at a more beautiful Airbnb than this! The host was absolutely phenomenal. She is so responsive, always tries to make sure our stay was just perfect. She tries to accommodate us whenever possible and the staff she provides is very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend staying at this property or any that this host owns. We will be returning and have recommended her locations to family and friends. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Villa is nice. Beds are very firm. The staff lives in the house with you but honestly super super nice and anything you need they provide. They were unable to do some basic things like get us taxis and motorbikes, which is frustrating because the location is pretty out of the way. So you need to find a local taxi number and communicate with them directly and then go source your own things. The villa is nice the backyard is pretty unkept but the rooms are huge. Overall great value.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. We had a lovely stay at Tellado Properties in Baia Villas, Mandrem. The aesthetic and calm atmosphere of the property were truly captivating. We fell in love with the design and architecture so much that we didn't want to leave the premises. Shakeel provided excellent caretaking service, proving to be quick and reliable. Chef Babu did an amazing job preparing delicious home-cooked meals featuring authentic Goan cuisine tailored to our taste preferences. I can't wait to visit this property again.

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The place is really nice and rustic. Apart from the few cobwebs here and there the place was clean. They were very clear with their instructions and always available to our questions and accommodating.

It is one of the most incredible Airbnb we have ever visited. The host, caretaker and cleaners were very responsive and were available round the clock. The property is beautiful and maintained with utmost care. The hospitality was excellent and we’re looking forward to visiting again.
