It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Our stay in Goa was amazing. The place was close to clean, beautiful waterbodies and just a short walk from Baga Beach. The best part was the open private pool and it was super fun. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. The whole place was tidy and well-kept. It was a great spot for a peaceful and fun staycation.

I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

loved the place, it's a quite and cozy bnb with walking distance to the beach. You can also find good cafe's and restaurant near the place. The place has a really good wifi connection as well.I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Siolim, located just behind Domino’s - a very convenient and central spot. The apartment is tastefully designed with stunning Bohemian interiors that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The living room was quite spacious, with an attached open kitchen that was both functional and stylish. The Boho decor - from the earthy tones and natural textures to the cozy furnishings and thoughtful decorative pieces - added a lot of charm and character to the space. Every corner of the apartment felt thoughtfully curated and very well maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything looked freshly done. Special mention to the host Hem, he was extremely nice, friendly, and approachable - very responsive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. I had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Siolim.

Had a great stay here. The beach is just a few mins away and they give you a pass to go through elsewhere to access the beach. The rooms were also super clean. The host was also super helpful. Lots of great restaurants to try also in and around the area

It was a great week stay at Clifford’s space. He and his mom was very attentive and helpful and kind through all our stay. The place is a little bit inside within the houses, away from the chaos of the road but still it’s really close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The flat is nice,spacious, everything is there . Looks exactly like on photos. Highly recommend!We will be back for sure!
