Holiday rentals with a patio in Mandrem

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

This is the most beautiful airbnb i have stayed till date.. wud like to call it home away from home. Soulful. Exactly what i wud want to call home someday. Minimalistic, classy, elegant, clutter-free and made mindfully to cater to a small family. All amenities provided as described aren’t just for namesake but are truly best quality like one wud have for ones o n home. The host is responsive and proactive yet not bothersome or intrusive at all. Hasslefree check in and check out with complete freedom. Pool was the high light for my lil ones, we cooked a bit , ordered out a bit, and walked into our place of choice just located close by. Although only one car parking was offered, both our cars were accommodated hasslefree. Highly highly recommended and worth every penny.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I have stayed at a lot of bnb’s and met many hosts. But this place, i am taking out time personally to appreciate what amazing job the host and his team has done. We were in awe with the kind hospitality and the coz place. Rooms were really neat and clean. Host was very helpful and kind. Even the care taker miss Gita was very sweet and helpful. The place was very peaceful and well connected. Kudos to you guys for creating such nice place. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family. Had an amazing time spent on the property. It felt like home. I will visit again

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Amazing stay for the price which you pay. I was not sure while booking like how well is the property maintained, but i must say amazing stay at the property worth every penny that you spent. Just as described, would definitely recommend you to book the villa without any second thought. Staff and housekeeping was so supportive and friendly feels like home, both sheetal and her staff was supportive all the time while we stayed. 👍👍👍

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Among the greatest homestays I've ever been to! Caretaker Lalit was there to greet us when we arrived at the place. This property is immaculate and beautifully furnished by the owner; each wall is colorful and embellished with antique and original artwork. Beautifully constructed, the home is decorated in a way that reflects the owners' own taste in art. With all of its colors, corners, and cozy areas, the place instantly makes you feel at peace. Every bathroom was immaculate and beautifully modern. The pillows, blankets, and bed linens were all immaculate. The three bedrooms were all comfortable and had air conditioning. Madrem Beach and Arambol are 25–30 minutes away by car. Restaurants and the local market are within ten to fifteen minutes' walk. Caretaker Lalit recommended a neighboring eatery, and we had some extremely tasty dinner. Lalit made our stay comfortable by being incredibly kind, considerate, and encouraging. Without a doubt, we will return here the next time

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Stay at Laolalian We had a fantastic stay at Laolalian! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Amazing place

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
