Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

The property was an excellent choice — calm, peaceful, and beautifully suited for monsoon days. The exterior had a quiet charm that made simply sitting by the front and watching the rain a joy in itself. Inside, it was just as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and comfortable. While the host wasn’t very responsive, the caretaker was truly outstanding and always willing to help. He made everything smooth and enjoyable. Just one small note: the cushion covers could use an update. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay!

In the 1st week of November, we have been to Goa for a vacation. We booked another property before booking Pravin Sir’s property, and that property turned very horrible. On the same day, we decided to look for another property, and Pravin Sir came as an angel for us. He understood our problem and gave us his best property, which was awesome and very nice. Would really like to thank Pravin Sir to make our stay comfortable. He is very responsive and always available for the doubts or any help. Coming to the property, it is near Candolim Beach and easily accessible to restaurants and supermarkets. The property was so spacious, clean and well maintained. Overall, our stay was as beautiful as one could ask for; we really recommend this property , worth every penny. Lastly, I would likely thank the caretaker, Nandini; she was so sweet and was ready to help with anything we needed. Thanks a lot, Praveen Sir & Nandini, for making our stay memorable…

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

I had a 4D stay at Veera Casa with my family. Had an absolutely homely environment. Sandeep ji was always available helping through trifle needs. Manisha ji the house keeper was again very friendly and apt when it comes to house cleaning. Swimming pool was kept clean . All amenities seemed serviced before our visit. My parents loved the places Value for money , much recommended

I had a wonderful time staying at Ekta’s flat. The place was clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere—just what I needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay. It was a comfortable stay for two people. The kitchen amenities were comfortable for cooking for two people. Cleaning was done every second day. The linen was changed within 4-5 days. The bathroom was cleaned every alternate day. Any request was promptly taken care of. Four persons would have found it difficult to adjust to one bathroom only. The neighbourhood was peaceful. Vegetables/ milk/curd were available within a range of 1 km. The Candolim beach was 1.7km away. It took 30 mins to reach. The place was as good as a home away from home.

Anju's BnB proved to be an ideal haven for our beach getaway. Its strategic location offered unparalleled access to the vibrant coastline, with Baga, Calangute, Morjim, Candolim and Vagator all within easy reach. The apartment was impeccably maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. We especially cherished the private balcony overlooking the lush garden, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. A special thanks to her house caretaker Chandan, the ever-helpful caretaker. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being made a lasting impression. He was readily available.

This was one of the best stays I have had in my long history of travel. The apartment is situated in a well maintained society in a cozy calm neighborhood. It is however at center of all that is happening in North Goa. Its 10 mins away from the beach, and 30 mins away both from Heritage city of Panjim in South and the beautiful Morjim beach in North. The apartment is very well furnished, and we felt being home away from home. Illoosh has given a personal artistic touch to the house that we enjoyed thoroughly. Her love for Goa reflected in her recommendations for experiences for us to try. We had an extended stay here and worked remotely for a few weeks. The reception on phone wasn't great but a stable Wifi enabled us to work without any major interruptions. Thank you Illoosh and Mallika for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Would love to be back and stay in Goa with them as our hosts.
