Holiday rentals with lake access in Mandeville

We needed a location close to family due to our unique circumstances of needing to come in because my aunt was in hospice, and wanting to be near. Unfortunately, my aunt passed shortly after we arrived, and Ivannia was phenomenal in letting us extend our stay. Ivannia is fantastic, very responsive, and ready to communicate when needed. Everything was listed on the Airbnb website. I loved the views and how close it was to everything. The adventure of driving the golf cart to the house was fun and different. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could need, and then some. The beds were comfortable after long days. The views are beautiful, and the house was just what we needed to decompress after long days. Three Rivers Island was the perfect location. I would stay again and again and will recommend it to others! I hope to bring my kids and husband next time and stay under lighter circumstances. If you need a getaway and want fun and adventure, Ivannias is the place!

Great place to stay!

Nick was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The home was cozy and clean. The property and bayou scenery was peaceful.

We had the best experience at this home! It’s a stunning location. Every window looks out at something beautiful since the house is overlooking water on both the front and back of the house. The host provides everything needed for fishing and a crab cage. We caught 3 crabs and 5 fish and spent very little time or effort trying. Plus there’s a bate shop very close by. The home is a pretty quick drive to the city of New Orleans and a couple other really nice towns. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, beautiful place to stay while visiting the area.

The Purple Purch is extremely comfy with everything you need. The lake views are priceless and go on forever. We slept so good! Shannon & Aamie could not have been better hosts. So kind, thoughtful and flexible. Very attentive & responsive when we had a question. If you are looking for peace & serenity on the water away from hustle of downtown N’Orleans then this is your place. Morning coffee outside on screened deck overlooking the lake was everyone’s favorite. The huge sectional allowed all 6 of us space to chill out for a movie night! Absolutely recommend staying at this soul calming place on Lake Catherine! Just what we needed…..😍👏🙌

The house was outstanding, it is even better than it looks in the listing. The pool and outdoor area are great for a large group, outdoor kitchen and grill are great, and the main living area is also great for movies and entertaining. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby that also worked very well for a large group. Kelly and his team were super responsive to every question we had and everything we needed, they made the whole experience even better. Would definitely return.

Was an amazing place would highly recommend

David and Cassondra were very gracious and set the house up for a good time. My sons fished every morning and every evening. We caught crabs in the traps daily. Plenty of tackle and bait shops nearby. It was a 25 minute drive into downtown New Orleans. So the best of both worlds. The house was stocked with spices and condiments. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend it with 5 stars ⭐️

This was a lovely place that absolutely fit our needs for this trip. It was well maintained and easy to find. The guest book was a great idea. It gave us ideas of local restaurants and places to visit in the area that other guests had enjoyed. We would stay here again.

I spent a week with my kids, and family, a total of 5 people and we felt comfortable. the host was very nice and gave us the basics so we did not have to work about finding supplies when we arrived late at night. the area is not close to much but we loved it because it was a calm and quite area. I would definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our stay! We were originally set to check in Monday however due to last min changes, we asked the host if we could check in Sunday instead. The host responded right away & was flexible with us doing so. They also replied back quickly when we reached out twice asking them questions during our stay. Place was overall comfy. I absolutely love this place. the host was amazing and he made sure that we felt welcome. he check on us to make sure we was okay and suggested a lot of nice places for us to go around the area. I will definitely book with him again. he made my first time going to New Orleans an amazing experience.

Maxie and Lydia's place is an amazing location right on the bayou. The value is fantastic, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and the hosts are so friendly. And there are no entry steps, which is a rare find in New Orleans and important for our older dog. Thanks Maxie and Lydia!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — there’s so much to do within just a 10-minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there!

A super clean and relaxing Airbnb.

This place is beautiful. It looks even better in person than the photos. The entire property is so pretty and peaceful. The living area is really large and it worked perfectly for our large family event in the area. We had a nice big place to hang out after the event. We used the kitchen to feed up to ten people with no issues. A note for coffee drinkers - you don't need filters for the coffee maker, it has a reusable one. We did run out of paper towels, and there wasn't enough dishwasher soap for how often we used the kitchen, so we had to provide our own. There also wasn't access to any cleaning materials so when we had a spill on the carpet we had to get our own cleaning supplies for it. That's not the owner's responsibility, just wanted to point it out for those coming later. You're going to love your stay here!

Absolutely stunning outdoor pool area landscaping; peaceful and private. Loved the hot tub! A big bonus for our fam was the secret back yard door leading to the Abita Roasting Co restaurant. The main floor of the house is fairly accessible, just a few small stairs, for older guests that was nice. Loved the interior vault and beams in the main room. Property manager was very responsive and kind.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb that truly exceeded my expectations. The property is located on the bayou with a beautiful walking trail, which was an absolute delight during my recovery from surgery. The cleanliness of the space was remarkable, making it a safe and comfortable environment for my needs. I was especially grateful for the recliner in the sun room, which allowed me to relax without discomfort. The hand-held showerhead was also a fantastic addition, making my post-surgery routine much easier. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recover. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a perfect environment for healing!

We had a great stay at Jayson's home. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The layout of the house is very functional, and the deck was a great place to relax and socialize. It was so close to our planned activities. We were there for riding bikes on St. Tammany Trace and a jazz concert at the Dew Drop Jazz & Social Hall. Jayson's house is very close to the trail and is a 5–10-minute bike ride to Dew Drop.

3rd Memorial Day in a row. Really enjoy this getaway.

The Cottage was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. My kids loved the lake. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
