We highly recommend Jesse’s place for a relaxing stay! It is located in a cute & quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to many restaurants on Magazine St. We appreciated the extra amenities such as laundry detergent, chips, coffee & bottles of water. We come to the area quite often to visit our grandbabies and will definitely book again. Everything was PERFECT including the friendliness of our hosts! I don’t sleep at home very good, but we all slept great here! (It’s crazy but the sheets smell so good) Thanks for everything! We will see y’all soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in New Orleans, and we had a wonderful stay. We absolutely love the area — after our first day, we decided to explore locally and enjoyed all the fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has such a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making it the perfect place to immerse ourselves in the NOLA experience. One thing to note is that, due to the popularity of the area and its many great dining options, parking near the AirBnB was challenging. We usually parked a few blocks away, which wasn't a big issue for us, but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and excitement of New Orleans!

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The place was very spacious and peaceful! We would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Mr.Lance is an incredible host & his Airbnb was nothing short of AMAZING ! The Airbnb is beautiful and super close to everything downtown. Made the stay very easy and it was in a great location near the airport but also close to good restaurants and not too far from downtown. Loved the big loving room for lots of people to hangout. The host was responsive to our questions as well.

This lovely space is a gem! Folwell’s communication made check-in effortless; coffee and water provided was a nice touch. This is a beautifully restored space which felt like our own oasis in the heat of New Orleans. This location is a perfect home-base to explore on foot and we took advantage of the French Quarter, Bywater, and beyond. We hope to stay here again when in the area and strongly recommend others do the same!

Enjoyed our stay at Erich’s place. Very cute! Great atmosphere for visiting and catching up. Very comfortable beds. Erich provided some recommendations on New Orleans sites to visit.

Joe was incredibly communicative and enjoyable to chat with. The place itself is part of a beautiful old Nola home right on historic Esplanade. There’s easy street parking, access to blue bikes, walkable to City Park and the street car, walkable to Bayou St John, to Parkway Deli, to…lots of stuff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything you would need. Note that it does not have a full kitchen. Rather it has the kitchen amenities of a hotel room. But it’d Nola! You don’t need more than a mini fridge, microwaves, and coffee maker. Too much good food in the city to eat in the AirBNB. The area is safe, the street is lined with the majestic live oak trees creating a beautiful canopy over the road, and it’s just a great spot. Thanks Joe!

Paula's unit is spotless and beautiful. We were in NOLA during the challenging snow storm and Paula was absolutely helpful and accommodating. It's so nice to deal with a property owner that cares about her property and her guests as well. Needless to say, this place is highly recommended. You have a forever client. Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!

Visited NOLA for my daughter's birthday and the French Quarter festival. Had a wonderful time. Melanie's place was only 1 block from St. Charles Street car stop. Convenient to everything! Melanie's home was very roomy and looked just like the pictures. Would stay there again next time I visit NOLA.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Marcus was very responsive in a timely manner whenever I reached out about something. The neighborly rooster was a bit loud in the mornings especially 5am every morning. The walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors walking around and kids running up and down the hallway which didn't last long and usually got quiet just around bedtime. I would definitely stay here again and explore new things around the city, the food recommendations that Marcus provided were good, absolutely loved all the food I ate on my trip.

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! We will stay here every time we come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our very large family enjoyed this house. It has an unusual arrangement due to being able to rent individual rooms but once we understood the concept we felt safe and secure. Wished there had been a way to understand that before hand instead of being caught by surprise by there being another person. We never crossed pathes with the other person.
