Holiday rentals with a patio in Mandeville

Comfortable and quiet with great restaurants within walking distance. I also needed to work for a few days from here and had no issues with the WiFi. Would absolutely stay here again.

Booked this stay for family that came from out of state for my teen’s high school graduation. We were all pleasantly surprised with how spacious this airbnb is! It exceeded all our expectations, and I’ll be recommending this hidden gem often! Train IS very close, but white noise and/or ear plugs would help light sleepers. My preteen thought it was a “cool” loft and wanted to stay over with grandma all weekend. My family all stated that the furniture and beds were all very comfortable as well. We will be booking for future family visits!

Phenomenal host. Very clean, very nice. Great recommendations. Very kind when they accidently delivered our lost luggage to the wrong door. Well stocked. Only thing I could suggest is hypoallergenic toiletries and cleaning supplies. Peaceful neighborhood. Felt very safe.

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. David was great—he let us check in early, which made a big difference since we were in town for a graduation. Would happily stay again!

I have only great things to say about Mathilde! She went above and beyond as a host—we arrived to a house that not only matched the description exactly, but also contained complementary toiletries, fresh snacks and water, extra linens, and a binder full of nearby restaurants and must-see attractions. Everything from day 1 to checkout went incredibly smoothly, and we said several times that we would 100% stay here again if we ever return to NOLA. The location is perfect and very walkable to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Don’t hesitate to book with Mathilde!! You will not regret it 😄

Gurjit's place was great. We stayed here for a couple of days while I attended a couple business meetings. the apartment was clean and easy to find. The apartment had all the listed amenities and being pet friendly was a big plus. The only down for some people might be that it's on the 2nd floor, it wasn't an issue for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Madeline’s place. It is better in person than the photos- pristine clean, beautiful kitchen, and lovely screened in porch. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is super close (less than 4 min drive, 25 min easy walk) to downtown Covington where you’ll find cute restaurants and our favorite, Haven coffee shop. The area felt quiet and safe.

Great place to stay! There were 6 of us staying in the house and there was plenty of space. The house was super clean. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. The bathrooms could use fans of some kind. It gets a little stuffy in there, but not a deal breaker. Great piece of property with lots to do! Heather was super nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful clean place. Very peaceful and it was the perfect place to get some silence. Driveway parking is great. Would recommend it to anyone to stay.

This was such a beautiful home that was so cozy and comfy! Extremely pleased with the choice to stay here. Friendly hosts, beautiful space, just all around a great place to stay.

This little green house is small but so cozy and perfect for a weekend get away. It is set on a beautiful piece of property that is private, yet not isolated. We very much enjoyed both the amenities of the house itself as well as fishing in the pond, thanks to the very well equipped fishing supplies on site. The kitchen is perfect for cooking a small meal, the bedroom is cozy and comfortable, and the decor is very cute. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

The property is nice, the area is very “New Orleans” and it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city from here. I’ll stay again if I’m back in NOLA

We loved literally everything about this place for the first weekend of Jazz Fest! The location is perfect with loads of really great restaurants, bars and grocery stores within walking distance and with a gated area to park your car if you want to explore farther afield. The place itself is modern with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, new fixtures, appliances and a sophisticated security system. Communications with Kelly were clear, timely and super helpful. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed everything about my stay here the place was as described nice and clean. The host offered extra linens and covers I just loved everything about the place! They offer a pool & gym on site we didn’t have to drive far for anything & it was a quiet neighborhood

Nice and new condo. The surrounding area is a mixed bag depending which direction you walk in. Not much to walk to immediately nearby. My only concern was never hearing back from the host. I sent one message asking about a late check out prior to check in and it was radio silence. I saw it wasn’t booked after our stay so figured it couldn’t hurt to ask since we had late flights. Even if the answer is no I would have appreciated a response saying that. Other than that we loved the condo itself. It was a great deal especially during jazz fest.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and Air BNBs while visiting NOLA, David’s place is a level above that is unmatched. David is an extremely knowledgeable and proactive host that did everything he could to accommodate us and make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He was very flexible and checked in on us throughout our stay. The condo was pristine, comfortable, and private. Any time I am back in the New Orleans area I will definitely be booking with David and one of his properties again. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We came to NOLA the week prior to our daughter’s wedding and wanted to stay in the Central Business District to be close to the wedding venue and hotels our guests would be staying at until the wedding weekend, when we’d move to the hotel ourselves. Alice & Scott were amazing hosts-very accommodating, especially when our plans shifted and we needed to add an extra day to the end of our trip. They responded promptly and clearly. The place was exactly as described-very clean, spacious, great location, and secure. Doormen, Frank and Bruce, were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter and new husband.
