Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manchester

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

The house was extremely clean, with access to all things that you may need whilst staying there. There were clear instructions on what to do with rubbish and bin days etc. Eva was very good at communicating and check in and check out was easy. The location of the house wasn’t quiet, lots going on in the estate and the other estates too. The neighbour must have an issue with their front door because it was slammed- a lot. Apart from that the stay was brilliant. The house was clean, light, not cluttered. The beds and pillows were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and clean property, with lovely interior design, and a great location to travel to central Manchester (which I did via Uber for convenience). We were able park on the street. We had a few minor issues whilst there and Dan was very responsive to help us. If I was local again I would definitely stay again. We had our one year old daughter with us and she loved it. The highchair and cot provided was so helpful. My favourite room was the bathroom, such a tall ceiling and the design is gorgeous. Thank you Dan, we had a lovely time.

Lovely house and garden backing onto the canal. Easy to get to Coop Live. Georgie left a lovely welcome pack and some provisions for breakfast

Carol was super accommodating for our needs as some employees needed somewhere to stay fairly last minute for a work trip. She was super responsive and attentive and the staff loved their stay. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent place. Clean, fully stocked. Even basic spices like salt and pepper for when I cooked my own meals. I agree that the provided towels were too few but I brought my own and had no need for more. If I had asked I think they would have been provided. Conveniently close to the railway station with singles to the city as cheap as £2 on off peak which makes it cheaper and faster than a bus or car.

Lovely well presented house. Perfect for our trip to the Trafford centre and a drop off at the airport! The house done to a high standard. Appreciated the tea and small milk sachets for a quick morning cuppa! X

We had a great stay at David’s! A group of us stayed to go see a gig at the areana and was great how close it was to the home. Very accommodating and friendly! Thanks for having us David!

Without doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Absolute spotless inside, beautiful garden, exactly as described and a fantastic location for getting to Manchester. Mike has thought of every detail and it was ideal for myself, my husband, our two boys and our dog. Honestly couldn't fault it. Mike's instructions were easy to follow and he provided lots of helpful information before we arrived. 100% recommend!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay, very clean. Felt very homely and nice to relax. Fab little outside area to relax in. Lovely comfortable beds, nice little touches left by Nick, we really appreciated the bread and condiments. Nick was very helpful and we would love to stay again if the chance ever arises. Thank you!

Naz was extremely helpful, and the place was spotless on arrival with some welcome treats. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family :)

Great value for money with plenty of room to accommodate our large group. We all felt very comfortable during our say. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Location is great for walks or close by train station.

Beautiful little cottage with great facilities. The addition of tea, coffee, milk, bread, fruit, yogurts etc was a lovely surprise and really useful to get us started. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay, very clean, cosy and central. Lovely outside sitting area, next to river and gets sun in the morning. We enjoyed alfresco breakfasts. This was our 3rd stay, visiting family and friends in Macclesfield. Greyhound friendly which is fantastic.

A great compact flat as a base for exploring the high peak. Everything was to hand and Tony was helpful and approachable. I particularly liked the air con which came in handy as i was lucky enough to have some warm weather. Thanks for a great stay

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in the Annexe - the flat is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you could need for a short stay. Paul and Rosie were very communicative and helpful in the run up to our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend and we hope to stay here again next time we’re in Poynton!

Stables View exceeded my expectations. Spotlessly clean and spacious (more spacious than I expected from the photos), with beautiful views and private parking. After a long day at work and a couple of hours driving it was great to sit and relax on the balcony listening to the birds. Everything had been carefully thought out making it easy to turn up, settle in and relax. One of the best properties I have stayed in and I will definitely return if I am working in the area again. Had a great stay in this immaculately modernised and comfortable apartment on the edge of a cute village. Well placed for lovely drives and walks. Everything you could need is provided, including a very well stocked kitchen, an excellent welcome guide and a few provisions. Andrea was very helpful with instructions on the location and parking and although we didn't need her help during our stay, we felt that we could contact her anytime. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bob was a wonderful host that went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible! Wonderful location, beautiful surroundings and plenty of space for peace and quiet.

Had a lovely stay for a couple of nights as we were in the city for a concert. Short walk to the AO centre. Would definitely look to use again if we came back to Manchester.
