Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Manchester

Felix was fast to reply and gave clear instructions. The house was just as it looked on the photos and clean. Hot tub was mint.

We had a very comfortable four night stay. The home was nicely decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essential equipment. The lounge was comfortable and cosy with plenty of board games to provide entertainment. The bedrooms were nicely made with comfortable beds. Finally, the bathrooms were all very clean and tidy on arrival. The house is in a nice location with plenty of shops and amenities near by. Some of the main sites in Buxton are also only a 10 minute walk away. The house is on a B-Road so the front facing bedrooms tend to receive some noise, but this is obviously offset with all the positives mentioned above. James and Bethan were also very lovely, accommodating hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. They helped work through some teething problems on our arrival and followed up to ensure all was okay in the end. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Peak District with a large group.

We had a fantastic stay at Naeem’s place. It suited our needs well as a large group of friends staying for a weekend get together. We loved the location as we were so close to beautiful Peak District walks, and got lots of use out of the communal areas and large projector screen. We really appreciated Naeem setting up the BBQ and hot tub before we arrived, and enjoyed using both. It is worth noting that the hot tub is not outdoors as shown in the photos, but instead in a small outbuilding that is well set up with lights and a TV screen, but does mean that you can’t sit and enjoy the view from the hot tub. We still really enjoyed using it and understand that this set up makes it much easier to look after the hot tub! The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. Naeem was a very responsive host, getting back to us very quickly when we had a small problem with the boiler, and checking in often over text to make sure we were enjoying our stay! An absolutely wonderful few days spent here - we were initially a bit hesitant booking here only because it's listed under Sykes, which we know people who've had issues with the company in the past. But our worries were soon eased because of the clear and friendly communication from the hosts themselves. We had everything we needed and more, and the house felt very private despite being a part of the farm. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the peaks!

Lovely cottage & relaxing week away. Alan was very responsive and a lovely host, cottage is stunning very cosy and clean. Good location to visit surrounding areas and hikes. Beautiful part of the world, would love to stay again ❤️

I can't thank Philip and his partner enough. The place was spotless, everything in working order, and hot tub heated. We even received a lovely welcome package. We got a little merry and stayed up later than planned, and Philip and his partner were very accommodating and polite despite us not adhering to the noise curfew.

Amazing place for us to stay, the cottage was really clean and well presented. The hot tub was a great addition, as well as the log burner being amazing for nighttime. A steep driveway to the property does require a heavy foot to get up but it’s easy once you get the hang of it! Would definitely recommend and would love to revisit.

Check in was really easy as the host sent us all the codes for the barrier as well as obtaining the key for the cabin. Lovely cabin in a very beautiful environment. Jacuzzi was really looked after and had a great time enjoying our BBQ as well. Only concern was the checking in time which was 4pm. I think 4pm is really late to check in as we already lose 1 day of our enjoyment. Something to reconsider and perhaps change it to 2pm. Overall highly recommend it.

Unbelievable stay. I am a sucker for romantic hideaways with hot tubs! Have done loads but this place trumps everyone! My partner’s birthday- Katie decorated it as a surprise! Did not expect that. Luxurious, beautiful little touches throughout the lodge. The views to die for. Extremely comfortable. Perfect nights sleep. Quiet. Planning to return soon as want to visit Castleton and hope valley. Definitely well worth booking ❤️

Place was amazing and perfect for a lil getaway. Lodge was lovely, a home from home. The FLUFFIEST towels you have ever touched in your life! Hot tub was brilliant and the added touch of towelling robes and slippers which was so thoughtful. Binoculars provided too if you want to nosey at some birdies. The property felt private even though there were houses close by. Jason was great a responding and always friendly. Will visit again.

We stayed here for my partner’s birthday, it was lovely getaway and break from life itself. A stunning view from the room and Hot tub. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. As well as the accommodation was very clean and tidy. There’s pubs, restaurants and walks close by and the whole surrounding area feels safe, secure and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who was looking at a peaceful getaway.

I love Peak District. It’s perfect place to explore and walking. We have absolutely everything what we need. We will definitely recommend this place for you 😊😊
