The check in is simple and check out procedure is so easy (take out trash and start dish washer).

Hosts are very nice and respond quickly. Loved the back deck and pool area which are set up nicely. The pool was a nice temperature. House had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, nice pool area and lovely trees/flowers surrounding the pool.. fully equipped kitchen with all and more that is needed during a stay…would recommend.

This home is beautiful, and was perfect for our big family. The porch is so welcoming. We really loved sitting out front and being together. We had a large crew and the number of beautiful bedrooms and full bathrooms ensured everyone had privacy. The area is so fun - walking distance to a riverwalk that offers so much to do, from biking to exercise area, sand volleyball and a park. Plus, we saw so many dolphins. Great restaurants and cute shops. Everyone loved the coffee spot around the corner too. So charming! We were able to cook great dinners and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It really was a perfect spot for our crew. Added bonus that we had family rent another one of Randy's rentals right next door so we could bounce back and forth. Randy was so responsive and thoughtful. Every detail was accounted for as we traveled from PA for a long weekend. Hoping to be able to get back for another stay.

It was lovely that Jason provided toiletries, cleaning products and cooking items . A very nice touch . The accommodation was perfect for a family . So much outside space . If ever there was a need to contact him he responded straight away . We plan to return in 2027 .

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾

The house is very comfortable and very clean. We did enjoy the pool. The next time I visit Sarasota/Bradenton I will hope this house is available .

The house was very cute and the beds were super comfy. It was the perfect size for our weekend! We attended a rowing regatta in Sarasota and this was just far enough away to not be in a super crowded area. It was also within driving distance of a ton of restaurants and grocery stores. Very family friendly neighborhood so very peaceful at night.

The house was great, easy to get to. Lauren was beyond helpful pre-checkin and through stay. Quick return contact and very helpful. Suggested stay for anyone looking for great place and host. Thank you very much.

What a Gorgeous and unique Airbnb. I loved the history behind the house and its tie to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It truly felt like a little piece of history. The view out the kitchen window alone was worth the stay. Most peaceful cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfy, the decor was modern yet meaningful. We partook in the kids game selection. We truly enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next visit. We even meet and chatted with Wylan on the day of our departure and honestly couldn’t have been a nicer more welcoming host. A big thank you again for opening your home to us!

I loved staying here.. had our coffee on the porch every morning with a gentle breeze off the trees.. so quiet and tranquil.. the place is so nice and clean and everything including chairs to sit at the beach to use.This is a home away from home.. very comfortable and a great yard if you bring your dog.

Lisa’s place exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and everyone was super friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this home.

We came for a quick weekend getaway to the beach, and Julieth’s place did not disappoint! I did not realize that it was a guest suite in her backyard when booking it, but we were not disappointed by any means. We had our own privacy, and never actually ran into anyone. She gave clear instructions with pictures for where to park and how to locate the cottage. The inside is so stinking cute! The decor is so cozy, and she really had everything you’d need. We weren’t able to bring beach chairs due to flying there, but Julieth assured me she had some before arriving. There were two beach chairs, a cooler, as well as beach towels. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with anything we would need, and saved us from going to buy things we forgot! She was very proactive and checked in through message to make sure we didn’t need anything, even with us only staying for 2 nights. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Everything is within 10 miles, but be prepared for 20-30 minute drives!

Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

Tyler’s home is absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking. It’s a great home for relaxing, kicking back and enjoy time with family. Our children enjoyed the pool and the dock. Home is very close to everything which is a huge plus. Tyler is a great host, responds quickly and was available to help us out with anything we needed. We loved the home and will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic Stay – 10/10! We had an amazing time! The setup was perfect for our girls trip —super cozy with a fun beach vibe that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! The location was ideal: close to stores and restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved taking walks around the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

My family of 5, plus my brother, LOVED our stay here. House was big, with many rooms and sunrooms for everyone to have their own space. House was immaculate! Had everything we needed, but wasnt cluttered. It was decorated so beautifully and well thought out. It was perfect. Looked just like the pictures. This place is perfect for anyone, but especially families. The fenced in yard and screened in pool was perfect for us since we have kids, one being a toddler. The kids fav part was the pool! They swam every day. There are two big floats, but if you want more, bring your own. We also bought diving toys! Oh, and the huge tetris game was so fun for the kids. Thank you for hosting us 😊 we loved it.

Verushka responded to my questions and concerns before our stay in a very timely manner. The home was awesome! Just as described by the pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It always makes your stay much more enjoyable when you have an incredibly clean and comfortable place to call home while you are away. That is just how we felt. They thought of all the little details to make our stay more comfortable including the welcome gifts. Loved the coffee bar!! It was stocked very well. What ever you would like. Spacious rooms to move around in. The bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the many options of patios and outside furniture to relax on. The grill was new which we had many wonderful dinners on. My sister joined us for five days and she absolutely loved it as well. So in conclusion we would highly recommend this home! Kudos to Verushka and Island Time AMI Rentals!
