This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

Get ready to relax and enjoy the island life at this "Key West" style guest house! This Pass-A-Grille 1 bedroom apartment is located less than two blocks from the beach. This is the Upstairs 2nd floor unit of a two apartment cottage that is situated on the property, behind the owner's main house. The apartment has a full kitchen, living area and a side nook with a set of bunkbeds. There is also a small upstairs porch to sit and enjoy the view!

City Garden Cottage

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees. Inside you will find a kitchenette, equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill and fire pit included with the rental.
