Holiday rentals with beach access in Manatee County

Im reluctant to write a review just because I don’t want to share but I know it’s the right thing to do: I brought my retired parents and we had the best time! The pool was a dream—shared, but the other unit isn’t over crowded, so still totally peaceful we all seemed to have gotten private time. Location was spot on, Just over the bridge to the beach. 20 mins from the airport, and super central in general. We zipped up to Anna Maria and all over Sarasota without spending forever in the car. The Publix and department stores right down the street was so convenient and saved us when (of course) we forgot a few things. The place was cozy, clean, and comfy. Seriously don’t have one negative word to say. Great place with a great experience and we’ll definitely be back. Lisa made it easy to take thinking work out of finding a place to stay - we can be officially considered new “regulars” at this property. We absolutely loved it!

Great place close to the beach and refreshing pool! Enjoyed great meals at Captain Curt’s and Mango Cafe only 10 minute walk away. 7Eleven was close by and handy for beach snacks. Beach chairs provided were much appreciated. Met nice fellow travelers while enjoying morning coffee by the pool. All new interiors had all we needed.

Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

Overall my stay was wonderfully! It was just as pictured and super accessible to the trolly and other spots near by. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella etc. was amazing and made the 8 minute walk to the beach perfect. Fawn was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I would easily pick to stay at this spot again when in town.

Williams place at lido key was perfect for my 7 night beach vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach but also had a pool. It was a very peaceful stay. William responded within a reasonable time every time I needed to reach out. The place was clean, had everything we needed for a week stay. Close to restaurants and shops as well. Overall a beautiful place to stay if you need a peaceful beach vacation! Will be back for sure!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Location felt safe and peaceful. Really appreciated the extra toiletries since one of my teens forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste. Shuffleboard came in clutch for those rainy periods. Definitely recommend this house.

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Ashley’s place was amazing. It was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed from linens to sunscreen. The home was spotless and Ashley was very attentive during our stay. Me and my family would definitely visit again!!

We loved our stay again! Great yard for our dog & we enjoyed relaxing at night after our busy day. The house is always clean and cozy. We look forward to staying at Jennifer’s again in the future!

We were very comfortable with the neighborhood. Small amenities- like basic spices and sugar were available in the kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine all worked well. It was a beautiful little beach house and Brenda was very responsive throughout our booking and stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pink house! Randy was so friendly and always answered promptly! The house was everything we expected and more for our girls trip, the details were impressive! Should we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be booking the pink house again! 💗

We had an incredible stay at "Topside" in Cortez Village — the perfect cozy retreat for our first trip with our 5-month-old son. From fresh orange juice in the fridge to bathrobes, extra linens, and top-notch water pressure in the showers, the home was full of thoughtful touches. There’s even an outdoor hose for rinsing off sandy feet and a full set of beach gear — including everything we needed for an infant at the beach. Elaine was a dream host — warm, welcoming, and super accommodating. She made check-in/check-out flexible for us and generously offered extra freezer space for breast milk, which made a big difference in our comfort. Location-wise, this place is a gem. You're a 5-minute walk to three great seafood restaurants, and just over the bridge from Anna Maria Island. Cortez Village offers a peaceful, “old Florida” feel — close to the action, but quiet and relaxed. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Elaine, for helping make such a special family memory.

We had a great stay overall. The place is cozy and very clean. There was a small plumbing issue but William was responsive and sent someone over to take a look. By that time we had fixed it but i still appreciated him helping us. The Sea Club 2 itself is still under a lot of construction due to the 2 hurricanes so it was a little loud during the day but we weren't there much so it didnt matter a whole lot! The main road has a lot of loud vehicles but thats no ones fault lol. in any case I would definitely recommend staying at Williams place. it was a great vacation. Siesta key is a gorgeous place!

Amy is an extremely thoughtful and responsive host that clearly exhibits what Airbnb is meant to be. Her place in Siesta Key is right on the beach with perfect amenities and easy access. My friends and I have been vacationing in Siesta Key for almost a decade and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you Amy!

Absolutely love Sea Club. This was our second stay there. Will always come back. Walk to the beach is not bad at all. Condo is next to the road but still quiet. Really enjoyed our stay!

This is our 5th time staying here, and the place and location speak for itself. The one thing that takes this place over the top in our opinion is the amazing and friendly hosts, Honestly they have treated us like family and made sure our stay has been amazing and safe. We were there for hurricane Helene and they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I can’t thank them enough, including Vince who is always on top of everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed and overall quiet surroundings. The beach was very close and easily walkable even with children which was a plus! Great place and great location!
