Holiday rentals with a pool in Manatee County

Their rental was our favorite so far! very clean and comfy. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed grilling out by the pool. Location was great. we enjoyed our nightly walks in their neighborhood on the water. Plan to come back!

One of the most well-equipped, most tastefully decorated homes we have stayed at. Seems like it has been updated recently based on the excellent condition and modern amenities, especially the bathrooms which were spotless. Beds were comfortable and sheets/towels soft. We like to cook during our stays, and the kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need (and some). We were drawn the patio and pool area based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint. Pool is amazing. Both it and the surrounding area was as clean as the rest of the property. Water was warm, but still cool enough to be refreshing (in June). Very comfortable place to spend time, and wish we could have stayed longer. Rich was very communicative both prior to and during the stay, and the check-in process was easily the best I have experienced. Would definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this home!

Wanted to thank you for having us in your house. My family were happy and we had a great time at the pool and beaches around. House was good organized and clean. We had a wonderful time at Tatiana's home. It's in a quiet neighborhood, the yard is amazing for pups and the pool is fantastic. It's also close to everything you need...great shopping and gorgeous beaches just a short drive away. Perfect vacation spot!

Check in was easy and the house was super clean. The backyard is really cool, feels like you are at the beach with the tiki bar. Definitely would come back.

Adorable place, perfect for my family! Close to beaches but plenty of games for our rainy day we were stuck inside. The back yard was super cute as well and the kids loved the camper and fire pit for smores! The home had all the little things we needed, very well stocked. Master bed was very comfortable as well which is important for a good nights rest on a vacation. Dixia quickly responded to questions as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Well organized kitchen - the place to put everything was marked, and kitchen was stocked with basics like sugar, spices, soap, aluminum foil. Nicely decorated; comfortable beds and a kids bedroom that made going to bed a treat. Excellent beach supplies and toys - even safety vests. As I was getting ready to check out, I had a medical emergency, called 911 and was taken to the hospital. The hosts permitted my family to come in the afternoon to get my things and complete removing food and trash. We appreciated their kindness.

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

Just returned from a great stay at Hannah and Helen's place. Location was extremely convenient to IMG, great restaurants, and our excursions to the beach. While in a large community, the property was quiet, well kept, and felt safe. The unit was perfect for three of us, allowing plenty of space to gather and not feel 'too cramped.' Hannah was a tremendous communicator- we discovered one minor issue with the dishwasher, and she was extremely responsive, arranging for it to be repaired within hours of reaching out to her. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Bradenton!

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

This is a great location. Private. Felt very safe during our stay. 15-30 minutes drive from some amazing beaches. The host's communication was outstanding. She replies within minutes and even called me personally to discuss a dryer issue when a repair person was needed. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Great place. Great location. And OUTSTANDING host!

If you are looking for a place in Sarasota with everything you need closed to you like restaurants, dinner, food shopping etc at just minutes from siesta key then this is the place. Very clean and definitely what you see in pictures is what you getting. I stay here with m wife and two kids, we are very happy with pick this place, will definitely book again.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
