Lake house holiday rentals in Malvern

We loved our stay at Kate's house! We were there for a family reunion up the road, but we loved having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the peaceful river. We even had a family of ducks walk up the lawn to greet us one morning! The beds were comfortable, the fridge cold and plenty of towels provided. Will rent again.

Was a perfect family retreat while visiting our kids at UD. We were able to cook together in well stocked kitchen, enjoy beautiful lake views, sunsets, kayak and relax around campfire. Hope to be back soon.

What an amazing place to stay! Qing has everything you need ! The place is full of character, spacious and a lot of extra things to do! We really enjoyed the privacy you feel out back! The lake is beautiful! Kids enjoyed their stay as well! Probably my favorite Airbnb so far!

Our stay at Grandview 2 was perfect . We were in the area for a weekend lacrosse tournament so our days were long. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at Stephanie’s home. Our mornings were peaceful and our nights were restful. Thank you again, Stephanie.

We came to Steve's place to relax by the beautiful river and enjoy some hot tub time. Definitely worth it if you like a cool landscape to hang out at! Steve was very accommodating and friendly as a host, and made us feel very welcome. Thanks Steve!

Great Value & Quiet Stay Near Philly We had a comfortable stay in this spacious home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. The host was very kind, responsive, and gave us full access to the main house—kitchen, laundry, and all common areas. He stayed out of sight in the basement and was respectful of our space. The house itself is older and could use a few minor updates. Not a big deal, but helpful to know. All in all, the space was clean, roomy, and a much better value than a hotel. For the price and location, it was a great choice. Would definitely consider staying again. Especially the host was so gracious.

Very quiet and remote area, spotted plenty of cute deer! Was also kindly greeted by the two cats, super friendly! :) Had a great night spent here.

We really enjoyed our stay by the lake! Every morning you could see people out on boats or kayaks fishing. Took our pups for a walk down the sidewalks and it was very pleasant. Would 100% stay again!

Aron’s house in Stockton was amazing. It’s right on the river and just across the road is the towpath which is great for walking. It was perfect for our little getaway and we enjoyed our time relaxing in the expansive deck. We would definitely visit again.

Absolutely breathtaking view out the back door. So much fun fishing off the dock on the property. The pool was amazing but only got to use it one day due to weather. We went for walks daily so peaceful not much traffic our doxy loved it! Great pet friendly home. Has a fireplace that we used one night as well! There is just so much to say about this home away from home! We will definitely be renting it again! Brian was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he responded back very quickly. Thanks Brian we look forward to working with you again soon.

I stayed for 4 weeks and will definitely return. Stephanie is a very friendly host but also respectful of private space and time. Her home is beautiful and the room was beyond what she describes, with lots of space, a separate area with fridge and desk and the most beautiful and comfortable bed. The neighborhood has a beautiful mix of architecture and parks to stroll around and I enjoyed walking up to the coffee shop and local store. Also v central for downtown Wilmington by bus or car. Altogether a great find.

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful home! The furnishings were gorgeous and the views of the river outside at sunset were breathtaking. We loved taking the kayaks and paddleboards out from the private dock. Our group including kiddos had a blast playing in the pool, and grown ups enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The host was responsive and attentive. We had a wonderful stay, would absolutely recommend to others and stay here again in the future!

Nine of us from 4 different generations came to celebrate a wedding, a birthday and a 39th wedding anniversary. The HOME was lovely and ideal for our family. We loved the location and Kayla made our stay a beautiful memory. We spent time outside on the property and within the home. We slept comfortably on the beds in each of the 4 bedrooms. Our time cooking was extremely productive given all of the kitchen items provided to us. I can easily say that the home in Pequea created the perfect stay for our family to make beautiful memories. Suzanne’s place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with two small children and Suzanne graciously offered to put up a pack and play for us and provide beach towels for our Sesame Place trip. She is responsive, thoughtful, and very helpful. Thank you for everything Suzanne! Would definitely recommend her place and would love to stay again.

This house was AMAZING! So much space. The rooms were so large, high ceilings and windows, it was just gorgeous! Trey was very responsive to any questions that we had. Lots of parking, just be sure to leave the far left space open for the host to park, since he lives on site at the back of the home (I missed this piece in the description). We had alot of friends visit that were down for the one day and everyone was blown away by the house, and many want to book in the future. The park next door was great for the kids to spread out..and Saturday was a BONUS, when they had live music playing, a food truck and beer tent..we had our own front row seat all afternoon....can't beat live music, by the campfire, by the water. A few notes for future renters: take your own toiletries (soap/shampoo not provided), the "no access" closet to the right of the stove, is actually where the brooms/trash bags and cleaning supplies are housed and you do have access to it. Thank you Trey!

Genine and Mike were great hosts. It was lovely to have picnics near the lake and the guest house was cozy.

Bryan’s place is a whole vibe; my dogs and I loved it! It felt immediately comfortable and a great place to relax. Bryan was quick to respond with any questions and proactive with local area suggestions. Highly recommend.

Jacob is a fantastic host. Very responsive. The Lambertville house is exceptionally clean, and the beds and linens were very comfortable after a long day of travel. We loved staying there and our dog was happy running in the fenced backyard. Overall, highly recommend staying here.
