Beach house holiday rentals in Malua Bay

Great place in malua bay. With a gated front balcony so our toddler could explore safely, and a fully fenced back garden so our boxer could play and sniff around. Felt right at home, easy walk to tree six six cafe (great coffee) the bay (2mins from the house) which is dog friendly or over the malua beach w a good big playground, food works and more. Highly recommend for a lovely relaxing getaway! Dog friendly massive plus so didn’t have to bring a dog bed or toys, thanks Courtney - loved our stay!

We had another wonderful stay at this truly lovely house. The location is peaceful & so close to the stunning beach. The house is so pretty & welcoming. It was neat & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The view from the house is a real bonus. The host is very responsive & helpful. This place is a gem in one of my favourite places in the world. Easy communication and good setup for a small group/ family. We are repeat guests.

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!

Location was excellent. Just a stroll to the beach. Accommodation clean and comfy. Yard enclosed for my pet.

My family of two boys and a small dog had a great time at David’s house. We made use of the kayaks on the nearby river, enjoyed walks around Mossy Point and had fun around the fire pit at night. The yard was great for the dog and kids to run around in. The heater in the lounge was awesome for the cool weather and was strong enough to heat the house. My boys loved having the cabin to themselves. We had a great weekend away.

Beautiful, cozy place walking distance to the lovely Lilli Pilli beach. Lily is a great host, was productive with advice about local surf conditions and the house was well equipped with all you need for a short stay away. Thanks Lily, we had a great stay 😃😃

This house was amazing we could not fault it. The view was the unbelievable better than the pics. Our family celebrated Easter, three couples and two young children, the kitchen, living area and outdoor deck worked perfectly. None of us wanted to leave a very special place one we highly recommend.

It's perfect and if it weren't for the heat it would be five stars but the house would not cool off at night and while there are fans in the bedrooms it was hard to sleep because of the heat. Otherwise it was amazing. We loved the house and location!

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Great family home in beautiful Bawley. Walk to the beach, lovely pool area and very quiet. Will definitely come again.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

We had an excellent time at the house. So many amenities in the house. It was huge, and so close to the beach. A delight from start to finish. Hope was really easy to communicate with too.

Excellent trip away. The house is very clean, comfortable and easy to settle into. Leon was a fantastic host. We felt he genuinely cared and wants his guests to enjoy what he has established and have a great holiday.

Grace's place is very spacious, clean & comfortable. The perfect base to explore the beaches & mountain bike trails. Fully self contained, double lock up garage to store the car & bikes. Great outdoor space with BBQ. Grace provided excellent communication & directions. Hope to return.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was like a home away from home. Beautiful home, with a great open layout and great location - great seaside view and across the road from a cafe. The house was thoughtfully furnished and stocked- the beds had very comfortable mattresses, there was a portable cot, high chair, and safety gate, the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with necessary staples (e.g. cooking oil etc). We would recommend Sarah and Kieran's place to anyone, and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

The stay at Kimberley’s was excellent, so much space, clean, lots of games for kids, great backyard, beautiful views. I would definitely add Kimberley’s house to the list “stay again”, Kimberley was also really responsive with messages and everything in the house is as described, it had everything you need. The only thing that may be worth mentioning (it didn’t bother us and is clear in the photos) there is only sheers in the bedrooms. So if you’ve got little ones be prepared to be up at the first crack of sunlight.

A fabulous home in a fabulous spot, we had such a great weekend! Every thing you would want for a holiday by the sea and more.... fully equipped kitchen, (beautiful kitchen) comfortable and funky furnishings, fantastic layout - 2 living areas for kids to be away from boring old folks if necessary, completely contained backyard for a doggy, books and games for cooler or rainy weather, very short walk to the beach.... genuinely a home away from home. A huge thank you to our hosts.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

We had a great time at Rob and Marco's place. It is in walkable distance from Surf beach and short drive to Batemans bay. It had everything we needed, equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The house was clean and tidy with cosy beds and furnitures. There are two car ports, so was easy for us as we were two families.
