House holiday rentals in Malua Bay

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Vicki and Brett’s place. A great place for a family get together. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and BBQ area was well used in the hot weather. Would highly recommend 😊

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

Look, no mincing words: the place is good, and you should probably stay one more night than you’re thinking. Alpacas? Cute. Goats? Cute. House? Gorgeous. Hosts? Wondrous. Fire? Toasty. Vibes? Immaculate. We arrived on a winter evening to a pre-warmed house, a little welcome basket (no spoilers). Excellent. Why are you still reading and not booking? I’m an eccentric person who likes eccentric objects, and there were two little ornate objects: a little chest of drawers and a folding box. I wish there were eccentric bric-a-brac in the chest, and the box made me wish it was a puzzle box. A well-made puzzle box, by a Japanese designer, is a perfect combination of finesse and function, which is sadly lacking in contemporary capitalist society: we prioritise speed, efficiency, and profit above all else! Great place in malua bay. With a gated front balcony so our toddler could explore safely, and a fully fenced back garden so our boxer could play and sniff around. Felt right at home, easy walk to tree six six cafe (great coffee) the bay (2mins from the house) which is dog friendly or over the malua beach w a good big playground, food works and more. Highly recommend for a lovely relaxing getaway! Dog friendly massive plus so didn’t have to bring a dog bed or toys, thanks Courtney - loved our stay!

We had another wonderful stay at this truly lovely house. The location is peaceful & so close to the stunning beach. The house is so pretty & welcoming. It was neat & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The view from the house is a real bonus. The host is very responsive & helpful. Such a perfect stay! Only took 2 minutes to walk down the hill to the beach and a quick drive to the local FoodWorks/ liquor. Amanda’s place was spotless and had plenty of room for a large group + furry friends. Would definitely recommend staying here on your next holiday x

We had an incredible long weekend at Buru. Colin was an exceptional host. I cannot imagine a more peaceful setting. And all of the extras of a fire pit, bocci ball, showers from the beach, that coffee maker (!) were greatly appreciated. I wish I were still on the back patio, gazing at the ocean with coffee in hand.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

This was honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed! Everything felt luxurious and the house was SO clean. We opted to eat out to have a ‘break’ but I actually wished we didn’t as the kitchen was so well equipped with excellent cookware and appliances! We loved all the extra touches like beautiful cleaning products, kids games and phone chargers. Even though we didn’t use them this trip, it was great to have the option of using the beach gear. We also appreciated being able to use the garage and having a closing gate to secure the yard. Thanks Amanda for a great stay!

Slightly dated but very well presented home within easy walking distance of Lilli Pilli beach - less than 10 minutes. Distant beach views over George Bass Drive from the front, and a lovely bush view out the back. We thought that the road might be a little noisy but this wasn't an issue. Kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have some pods supplied for the Nespresso coffee machine. Backyard was easily accessible and very well secured for our little dog.

Broulee is a beautiful peaceful village. This house is a two minute walk to the stunning Broulee beach. Staying here in a brown brick 80s home is a time capsule! It's spacious and well equipped for a great holiday. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Make sure you bring all linen including sheets towels - beach and bathroom - hand towels bath mat and tea towels. Washing machine and dryer are very handy and lots of cleaning supplies were welcome. Absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

Grace's place is very spacious, clean & comfortable. The perfect base to explore the beaches & mountain bike trails. Fully self contained, double lock up garage to store the car & bikes. Great outdoor space with BBQ. Grace provided excellent communication & directions. Hope to return.

Wonderful place to stay. This is my second time booking with Tracey, and as per usual she is a fantastic host. The place was amazing and the perfect location for our retreat. Everyone was extremely happy with such a peaceful area to live in and such a convenient area, being close to town. Would highly recommend !!

The stay at Kimberley’s was excellent, so much space, clean, lots of games for kids, great backyard, beautiful views. I would definitely add Kimberley’s house to the list “stay again”, Kimberley was also really responsive with messages and everything in the house is as described, it had everything you need. The only thing that may be worth mentioning (it didn’t bother us and is clear in the photos) there is only sheers in the bedrooms. So if you’ve got little ones be prepared to be up at the first crack of sunlight.

Great location so close to bike trails which was what we came down for and close to the beach for a swim after riding was nice and refreshing

We had a great time at Rob and Marco's place. It is in walkable distance from Surf beach and short drive to Batemans bay. It had everything we needed, equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The house was clean and tidy with cosy beds and furnitures. There are two car ports, so was easy for us as we were two families.

Great place to stay, modern clean and recently built. Has everything you need to feel at home. A short drive to Batemans bay and the numerous beaches in the area. Host was proactive and instructions were clear. Look forward to staying again.

Amazing House with everything you need. Very Luxurious especially the main bedroom. The Table tennis table was a big hit with the rain coming down outside. lastly the garage space was awesome as we had two cars and mountain bikes that felt very secure.
