Our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. It is a gem and the perfect place to spend quality family time together. Beautiful!

This was simply the most wonderful home that our family has ever stayed in. We instantly felt at home and were so pleased that the pictures on Airbnb matched what we experienced in person. The location was perfect, as far as being away from the noise and crowds of LA. Yet we still happily enjoyed easy access to beaches, stores and restaurants. We can't wait to stay here again in the future!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

I had a wonderful stay peaceful, comfortable, and even better than expected. The space was just as described, if not more charming in person. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

A magical stay in the heart of nature The Butterfly House is an absolute gem. Surrounded by nature, we felt completely at peace from the moment we arrived. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and full of light. Every day we saw butterflies fluttering around and heard birds singing — it truly felt like we were part of the natural world. We left feeling totally zen. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. You can really tell this place is cared for with love. What a special place — we can’t wait to come back!

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We stayed in a cottage on the Venice canals 35 years ago, loved the vibe and location, and have always wanted to visit again. It is every bit as charming as I remembered. The great restaurants and shops along Abbot Kinney are within walking distance, as is the beach. Our favorite activity while there was walking around the canals. The combination of interesting architecture, lush gardens, and abundant wildlife are such a treat.

Great location right off the main strip in Laguna, walkable to the beach, countless restaurants and art galleries. The small apartment was clean and secure. Pay attention to Tina’s instructions on how the doors lock if you’ve never used a French style lock.

Very beautiful place. Right on the beach by Malibu pier! Amazing sunsets! The condo is a very attractive looking and like new conditions. The staff are amazing and helpful. Great communication. Honestly, this is a Paradise. Can't wait come back here! Big thank you!!!!!!!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

I had a great stay at Shant’s place! Everything was as described, the place was clean, and communication with Shant was easy! I would definitely recommend!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!
