Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Malibu

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay at Jack’s aparment. The apartment was spacious, modern with all possible things you may need. Jack was very nice and helpful. Thank you, we will book our next USA vacation at Jack’s place for sure! :)

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Bright, clean, spacious modern apartment in great Hollywood location. Comfortable bed. Nice floor plan with cycle. Lots of wire frame storage in closet works well for traveling because you can quickly organize your clothes and easily locate them when packing. Garage spot a big plus in this neighborhood. Host Andy was very responsive, provided check-in flexibility, and quickly sent some household items that were needed.

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My family and I were very pleased with Zadkiels place. He was very responsive and understanding with my concerns even before I booked his spot. We had a great stay in Long Beach! We had a large group in town for a wedding and were worried about finding a place that would be comfortable for all of us, but Shelly’s home was perfect! We had plenty of room, two full bathrooms, and large living and dining areas to hang out in. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We felt we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! Thank you to Shelly for being so friendly and making the process so easy!

It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

My son, grandkids and I had a great time staying at Greg and Maylen's place. Maylen was extermely responsive and proactive which made the enhanced the entire experence. We will try to stay at the house on our next trip to LA if it is available.

Our family of six stayed at Walter and Jaya’s place for about 2.5 months while our house had some repairs. Walter went above and beyond and was very helpful and responsive when issues arose and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids enjoyed watching for animals in the backyard. The movie room was a highlight for everyone as well.

Great experience, lots of nearby shops. Had no issues checking in, lots of accessible necessities.

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and very roomy. It’s the perfect house to spend time together while also being able to get your own space as well. Our family felt right at home and can’t wait to come back! Justin is very quick and responsive when I had any questions. He was very accommodating & reliable. 10/10 would recommend. For reference we had kiddos 3&6 and two teens and nobody got bored while the adults hung out. They have pool Floaties & life jackets on hand as well for any kiddos playing in and out the pool. All around great experience 😊.

This is a wonderful resort. I would come back in a heart beat. Centrally located to the beaches and John Wayne Airport is very close. Excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!
