„My Kingdom of Heaven" - that's what I lovingly call my apartment. As you can see, I chose the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, but also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk from the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, raised above the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. The holiday home Schwalbennest for 3-5 persons with 2 sleeping rooms is situated in the 1st floor of the "Zuhaus" across from the Saalhof Castle; our wellness area (shared with other guests from the Castle) is in the ground floor. A bright, stylish and new apartment with beautiful view of the castle - equipped with natural materials and wood - made by hand by our Carpenter. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km.

Maishofen is a quiet gem situated in the middle of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Stein an der Meer, Leogang, Zell am See, Kaprun and The Kitzsteinhorn. The area has so many attractions to offer. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.

Unsere Familie verbindet Natur und Geselligkeit, welche sich im jahrelangen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb und der eigenen Schnapsproduktion abbildet. Unser Angebot ist sowohl ideal für eine Gruppe von max. 4 Personen, als auch für Alleinreisende, Paare und Familien.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
