Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for many excursions to Konstanz or the beautiful surroundings . To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry; and also the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Really great located apartment with a large garden and private access to Lake Constance. This is not often to be found, so really recommended. The great location is of course also reflected in the price. It would be nice if the equipment of the kitchen were a little more extensive and of higher quality. We had a wonderful week and especially enjoyed access to the lake to the fullest.

My cell phone stopped working right before the door, so I was very dependent on the help on site and was not disappointed. Extremely friendly. Iris takes time for you and helps where she can. The advice to look at the island of Reichenau and go swimming there was just right for me.

We had a wonderful time on the island of Reichenau. Thanks to the extremely friendly and warm communication with the hostess Kerstin, we felt right at home from the beginning. The apartment is very classy, modern and cozy and is very well equipped. We especially liked the location and the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the lake - there were various seating areas, one of which was right on the terrace of the apartment. The tranquility, the beautiful shore paths overlooking the lake and the vegetation made the stay on Reichenau a very special holiday experience. Recommended is the nearby restaurant Strandbad with evening sundowner. The cafe at the museum and the seafood restaurant on Seestraße are also a must for staying on the island. We took bike rides on and in the immediate vicinity of the island - Radolfzell, Konstanz and other small lakes were easily accessible. All in all, we fully recommend everything.

We liked the stay very much! ☺️ Communication was easy and hassle-free. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet, as it is a bit remote from the city center. Nevertheless, it is still within walking distance and has a very good bus connection. An Edeka and a bakery are just a few minutes away. 😄 The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you need. Fortunately, it kept very cool, even at 32 degrees. 😅 Overall, a very good experience. If we were to be back in Constance, we would always be happy to book this accommodation again!! 😊😊

The personal reception by Sabine was very friendly, she is accommodating and helpful. The accommodation itself offers everything you need for a short stay and is as described in the listing, well furnished, clean and tidy. Because a maximum of only 4 guests can be present at the same time, the bathroom/toilet is actually always free when you want to go in. The only thing that was not mentioned was that the available drinks cost a little, but not much, which is why a total of 5 stars is appropriate. I can imagine coming back here.
