I enjoyed my stay at Sandy's place. it was peaceful and very convenient for me to visit with family and friends and attend my church that I used to go to. She even reminded me that there were going fireworks and told me the best places to watch! I would definitely stay again if I come up next year.

Amazing stay. Beautiful studio apartment that is so large you don’t feel like you’re in a studio apartment at all. Very clean and modern. Conveniently located. Safe parking with surveillance. Will definitely be booking again when staying in the area.

Interior of home was very well kept and decorated, will miss the deep bathtub! Overall my stay was very accommodating, host had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

My wife and I rented this apartment as temporary housing to bridge the gap between homes as we moved out of state. And although I've lived in the Mahoning Valley for many years, I never spent time near downtown Youngstown. Here are a few stand outs to me: 1. We felt perfectly safe. The apartment has a locked courtyard you enter before entering your apartment. We had zero problems with packages disappearing. And you're a few doors away from YSU, so campus security is around as well. 2. The neighborhood is super cool. You're a few doors from the historic Wick Park -- perfect for weekend walks -- and one block from the architecturally stunning Stambaugh Auditorium. And literally in your backyard is Culturehouse Coffee, the best oat milk latte in Ytown. Tell Stephen you heard good things about them. Overall, living here was a wonderful experience I won't soon forget and the perfect transition to our next stop in life. Thanks a bunch, Carly. Best wishes to you.

Ali is a great host. He was very responsive to anything I needed. The apartment was nice, very clean, and very quiet. There is plenty to do in the area and it’s safe. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area and need a place to stay.

Great stay for 3 of us! The unit was spotless and modern. Easy to find, with it being located just a couple streets off of the main road. Despite the close proximity to town, the location still feels peaceful and connected with nature. We even saw a couple deer off the back porch when we were enjoying the hot tub. Well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and toiletries.

10/10 would recommend! My wife and I stayed here before going to the Lights Festival in PA and we felt right at home. Clean house, hot tub was clean and felt wonderful, amenities were very nice. All in all our stay was a complete success! Thank you Kevin for being very responsive as well with any questions we had. Truly a great experience.

My parents were in town for a funeral and Raymonds place was perfect. Clean, great location and well appointed. I highly recommend. It is an upstairs apartment so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. We will definitely rent this unit again. Belinda

If you’re looking for a cute place to stay, this is it. The bungalow is beautifully decorated and the hosts are very responsive.

We wish we could have stayed longer than we were able. It was so well kept and peaceful. Just reading through their guest book was a delight. Many guests, us included, had a lovely experience here and many more to come I am sure! Everything was clean and well cared for. The communication was great and it felt as private or as hospitable and social as you could ever want. Very kid friendly with plenty of movies and some games. Outlet covers and space outside to run around. Thank you for creating such a kind and loving space to share with others <3

Shelly’s unit was just as the listing shows. She was a responsive host that messaged and picked up calls when I needed anything. The couches were comfortable to sleep on, and there was a folded up cot in the closet to sleep on as well. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchenware and utensils we could need. The only thing I did not like about it was there was a strange smell at the apartment that we noticed right when we went inside, but after leaving the window open to air it out, the smell mostly disappeared.

Shelly’s service was absolutely amazing she’s a wonderful host. I was devastated we had to leave early but we will definitely be back.

Ginger was a most gracious host. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The room was ready when promised. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area, as it was close to everything in town.

We had an excellent stay at Laurie’s place. It was pristine, spacious, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the grocery store without any issues. Laurie was very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
