Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mahoning County

Boca River was the perfect location for a week’s worth of family activities (graduation & graduation party). Marisol was very responsive to all questions and the house was very well stocked with anything you’d need.

Great place to stay at if traveling with a dog and/or dogs. If I am ever in the area again, I’ll definitely try to book here. Many thanks.

Eileen was very understanding to our situation- we had a lot of family gathering from multiple states for a celebration of life. We needed a quiet place to gather and this location was perfect. The fire pit was really appreciated during the cool evenings and the S’mores kit was a pleasant surprise! Plenty of towels and hot water, very clean , beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was ready to go with a propane tank handy. Plenty of games, movies, books and outdoor fun available. The character of the farm house and property made us feel very welcomed- like coming home. Thanks again Eileen for your kindness and sharing this awesome property with us.

This home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the quirks of being in an older home and the quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again if visiting Youngstown.

MY first Airbnb experience, but I've got to say it was an awesome place to stay for the week!! TONS of room, super quiet, and watching the birds from the back porch was fun! There were a few 'hiccups' early on , but Danielle was super prompt and helpful whenever we needed her!

We wish we could have stayed longer than we were able. It was so well kept and peaceful. Just reading through their guest book was a delight. Many guests, us included, had a lovely experience here and many more to come I am sure! Everything was clean and well cared for. The communication was great and it felt as private or as hospitable and social as you could ever want. Very kid friendly with plenty of movies and some games. Outlet covers and space outside to run around. Thank you for creating such a kind and loving space to share with others <3

stay here before so I knew it would be as good as the last time! highly recommended good value great location for where I wanted to be easy to find and close to food stores gas stations everything. will return on my next visit to Grove city to see my son

It was a really nice accommodation. First of all, it was so clean, and most importantly, when there was a problem with the house, I was able to communicate with the landlord right away, so I looked at the house. The bed was a hotel-style bed that was really comfortable. I would like to visit again next time.

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jeanette, Marquette, and Tracy were excellent and responsive hosts. We really appreciated the snacks and water left for us. It really came in handy when we returned later in evening and were able to enjoy some snacks. The shower head was also a great amenity. It's so fancy. lol

Dawn communicates well. Everything was set up properly and we had all the instructions necessary. Clean, comfortable stay with all the necessities. Safe location near restaurants and grocery stores. As a bonus, the decor is simple but pleasing. I cannot imagine anyone not being happy in this AirBnB. In fact, this is our second stay here and we'd stay again.

What a delightful stay for a girl’s trip of three.I had no idea what to expect of the area, but Liz’s home and property were fantastic. I immediately felt at home when I walked in. Photos are 100% accurate. Small details were appreciated: lots of hooks and places to keep items, lamps galore to keep the perfect ambiance, aesthetic was incredible, and you must check out all the books! Kitchen well stocked, as was the cleaning supply. Hot tub and entire home was pristine (I know a frames are TOUGH to keep dust/bug free- but Liz’s home was immaculate). Very comfortable beds, and beautiful, soft linens. The communication was great, easy in and out. We made a trek out to the Ledges and just had an overall amazing experience! You will not regret this rental and I am already planning a trip back!

I booked this for my bridesmaids and I for the night before my wedding. The cabin is beautiful and so clean. Alissa left us some snacks and toiletries in case we needed something. She was very friendly and always checked in to make sure we were okay. We went for a walk to the lake and the neighbors were all waving and saying hi to us. It was honestly a very friendly area and we felt safe. The cabin had beautiful interior natural sunlight which was great for getting ready photos.

I loved the place, it was comfortable and quaint. Michelle was sweet and accommodating. she brought me a beautiful breakfast on the house because my dad has stage 4 cancer and I was on a getaway trip. I am his caregiver. it took me a minute to get used to the incinerator toilet but there are instructions on the bathroom door going outside. I was making harder than it is. but that's me. the bed was comfortable. the scenery was beautiful. this cabin is great for one or two people, if you need more space, check out her larger one behind this one which is gorgeous and has running water and a view of the horses in the field that you can watch and give treats to. she left treats in both cabins to give the horses. I want to return because I was sick on the trip with migraines. looking forward to a return trip. thanks for your kindness Michelle. it was great to meet you!

Overall, a very positive experience. Very friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend staying here. Beyond helpful and wanted to make sure we were comfortable.

Awesome place in a great little town. Lots of good fishing in the area. Awesome cabin with a beautiful pond that is stocked with some decent fish. Cabins is cozy and the setting is just a vibe.
