Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Upstairs apartment in old Victorian

This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.

Well maintained house with everything you would need to have a great stay on at the Lake Side Main Door has Code Access for Key less Entry and Late Arrival The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If you would like to use there is an additional $75 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association for your use)
