Excellent stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. No waiting time to do the check in, the consierge was there and he showed us the apartment. You can enjoy the city by taking a taxi for 1.1 DT and it will take you anywhere for this fixed price. You can visit El Jem, Monastir, and Sousse by Train, or you can go to the louage station and buy your ticket inside the station.

It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a cafe and restaurants in the surrounding area. To the sea you only have to cross the road. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful view everything is perfect: condionné air,TV, dishes, washing machine. the internet connection was just missing that could be added to the apartment amenities highly recommended

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

2-week stays in the apartment. beautiful residence and beautiful apartment that matches the photos. Clean residence and several swimming pools for adults and children. Pool open until very late at night and a restaurant too. A small park for children in the much appreciated residence Some inconveniences during the stay which were quickly resolved very fortunately. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Everything was really good.. Host was very responsive and flat was lovely. The only thing was that I would have like to be told that the swimming pools were closed. I chose this place mainly for the kids and we couldn't enjoy the facilities. But apart from that, all was good
