Holiday rentals with beach access in Mahdia

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

The apartment is located on the most popular and lively street in the city – a perfect location! There are many cafés, shops, and attractions around, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly like the photos.🥰😍 It was very clean and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras provided: bath sponges, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper, cleaning and laundry products, shampoos, cotton buds, and different room sprays that made the apartment smell amazing at all times. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and caring – he checked in with us regularly to see if everything was okay and responded very quickly to our messages. We stayed for two weeks during our holiday and wedding, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. I wouldn’t change a thing. Amazing apartment, amazing location, amazing host – highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very nice. The apartment is ideal for families with 2-3 children. The apartment has heating, air conditioning and hot water (even at night). Although we had always eaten out in good restaurants, pots and dishes would be available. The apartment is located in the upscale neighborhood. The old mosque, the sea as well as the center are nearby. Outdoor parking spaces are available. For guests without a car, taxis pass every minute. Apartment is quiet. We had 1-2 private challenges in Monastir during our vacation, the host went out of his way to support us, had solutions and was helpful. All in all, I have to say since I know Monastir relatively well and had stayed there for some time in my young years, I would recommend the apartment immediately for the above reasons. This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

Very nice very spacious accommodation, well heated in winter with all the necessary amenities. It's very quiet, the bedding is comfortable and the sea view is very nice. It is very well located and easy to access. The host is very responsive and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

This is s very nice apartment. It is clean, spacious with free parking onsite. The location is excellent next to president’s palace museum . Ouidad always responded quickly with great hospitality. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Dar Rim. The house is very large and incredibly well-decorated and neat, in the spirit of the country and Mahdia, with books and photos everywhere, which is very nice. It also has an incredible view from the 2 floors and the terrace (unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the latter much because it rained a lot). It is very comfortable to come together as there are 4 bathrooms and it is very well heated. We recommend! Be careful to have you explain the location of the house upon arrival.

Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa this summer. The accommodation was not only comfortable and impeccably clean, but also very well equipped, offering all the necessities to have a good time in peace. The location was ideal, with a beautiful and soothing setting, perfect for relaxing. Special mention to our host, who was extremely welcoming and attentive, always available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience!

Zizou's apartment was clean and fresh on arrival and had everything you could possibly need including full size cooker and quality A/C. Fab location 40m from beach and within easy walking distance of literally every one of Mahdias main attractions Our host was the best part of our whole Tunisian holiday. He went above and beyond repeatedly to ensure we had the best possible experience of his hometown. Hope to visit again and expect to be friends with the family long into the future. This was a beautiful stay to do again

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Modern furnitures and good position. During my stay I did everything by foot. very close to bars, restaurants, Sousse beach and the Medina. I highly reccomend this accommodation. Finally, the host is very friendly and ready to help you in case of need.

Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view .
