Holiday rentals with beach access in Mahdia

Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Very nice very spacious accommodation, well heated in winter with all the necessary amenities. It's very quiet, the bedding is comfortable and the sea view is very nice. It is very well located and easy to access. The host is very responsive and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

This is s very nice apartment. It is clean, spacious with free parking onsite. The location is excellent next to president’s palace museum . Ouidad always responded quickly with great hospitality. Highly recommended.

Dar rim is a daydream in one of the best destinations in Tunisia The location is perfect, the house thought out, furnished and decorated with great taste and elegance, a real homage to Tunisian craftsmanship. Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

Zizou's apartment was clean and fresh on arrival and had everything you could possibly need including full size cooker and quality A/C. Fab location 40m from beach and within easy walking distance of literally every one of Mahdias main attractions Our host was the best part of our whole Tunisian holiday. He went above and beyond repeatedly to ensure we had the best possible experience of his hometown. Hope to visit again and expect to be friends with the family long into the future. excellent welcome from Ahmed, warm, welcoming, honest and attentive so that we feel good as soon as we arrive. Really people of rare kindness. regarding the studio: extremely clean and well-equipped, very nice terrace, no unpleasant surprises. very close to the sea, everything was perfect during our stay.

Conveniently located apartment, with two beautiful terraces with stunning sea views. The spacious room is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. Downtown Monastir can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, and taxis pass regularly nearby to make it easier to get around. Our host, Wided, was exemplary throughout our stay. Very responsive, she quickly involved a professional to resolve a window issue, and even took the initiative to bring us a coffee maker as soon as we reported her absence. His availability and attention really made a difference and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment has a lot of charm and great potential; only a refresh of the kitchen would make it more sublimate. This has not tainted our experience, thanks to the hospitality and care provided by Wided.

Great value for money! Very good location with a beautiful beach full of life (jet, parachute, towed buoy...)

The apartment is superb, furniture and decoration neat. The equipment was modern. The apartment and the building are new. The pools are beautiful, there are maintenance staff who ensure the cleanliness of the premises. The water park has several slides for young and old. Walking distance to the beach. Finally, I highly recommend staying there. We had a pleasant time with our children, and the fact that there are two showers made it much easier for us.

Chokri is a caring and very responsive person. He shows great hospitality and is concerned that his tenants are in his home. The apartment is well located in a quiet environment close to the beaches of Salakta and Mahdia. The accommodation is very well arranged and the residence is very quiet and well-maintained. The small detail of the breakfast each morning brought discreetly by Chokri is much appreciated. We would recommend this host and will be no problem coming back.
