Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Maharashtra

I would like to commend this property as an excellent place to stay. My prior Airbnb experience in India was less than satisfactory, which made me apprehensive before arriving. However, this stay has far exceeded my expectations.

This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the Nesco Bombay exhibition centre, within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet family society with elevators and walking area in the premises. It’s walking distance to a mall with cinema and eateries and grocery. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The in-house gentleman helped out with cooking and cleaning with a smile and was always courteous. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing hospitality and great staff

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is very well maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Both pools are excellent and ideal for unwinding, with plenty of privacy throughout the property. The staff they were helpful, friendly, and always available when needed. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept retreat.

This apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive. Apartment is in a cozy neighborhood, and it is walking distance from plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and markets.

I enjoyed my stay in Ismail's apartment very much. You have the rooftop terrace for yourself. Because the house is in the middle of the city you have a very nice view to all directions day and night. A highlight, in the night you see the Telangana State New secretariat and the Birla Mandir temple in nice lightening. The apartment is big has a kitchen area, fridge and two beds. One of them is even a waterbed, wow how convenient. The toilet and shower is outside the apartment, next door but because you have the whole area for yourself, you have enough privacy to enjoy your stay at Ismail's apartment. Mohit's place was a great find in Siolim. He was very responsive and always a text away right from checkin till check out. The space in itself was very cozy with all the amenities you could have asked for. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Siolim area.
